Convenient location. Clean. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for me and my family. Ella was great on the check in reception and also Dan the bar manager made sure everything was taken care of when we went for drinks in the evening.

Built in 1816, Rookery Hall Hotel is set in 38 acres of scenic wooded parkland. It offers an award-winning restaurant, a luxurious spa and fitness center, and free designer toiletries. The elegant Victorian mansion has maintained its original features, which include mahogany paneling, ornamental ceilings and colorful stained glass. The classically-decorated rooms feature a 42-inch flat-screen TV, and some have garden views and luxury bathrobes. There is a grand, candlelit dining room, where seasonal dishes are served. The Drawing Room offers champagne afternoon teas and evening cocktails, and there is also a Spa Café and traditional bar, which overlooks the gardens. The Rookery Hall Spa is set in a converted stable block, and features a Crystal Steam Room, glass-roofed swimming pool and hydrotherapy pool. Bordered by the River Weaver, Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa is 15 minutes' drive from the M6, and within easy reach of Chester, Manchester and the medieval town of Nantwich. Crewe Station is a 10-minute drive away.
