We were a husband, wife and small child. After we had checked in we realized that we had been given a dobbelt room with no accomodations for our 10 year old sun. We arrived very late (22.30) and Author, in the front desk, went out of his way to make us happy. We ended up having our son sleeping next to us on duvets on the floor. HE LOVED it. It was his own suggestion. Author offered us another room, without ekstra charge, but we declined. As I said. Author in reception deserves an ekstra mention as he did all he cc ould to make out to night pleasurebkle and all with a smile.
