Our usage of the appartment was not the most common as we only slept one night and it was just fair to do that. The beds were fine and the shower too, despite some signs of old age. The location is also good, close to city center and restaurants and not so far away from the beach too. It was possible to check-in late with a code and a locker with the key.

Cagnes-sur- Mer is a thriving hub about 4 miles from Nice with train and bus connections to all the surrounding resorts and hill towns in the area. There are plenty of shops for food, a market and lots of restaurants. a free shuttle bus is available to take you to the hill village of Haut Cagnes, well worth a visit and there is also a free bus to the beach although lots of the local buses serve the beach too as well as it having its own station Cros de Cagnes. A ten minute walk brings you to the station.

It is a town which combines the promenade ( tourist area ) and a working town with lots of shops, market and bus and train stations. The town provided easy access to Vence and Nice. Those interested in Art and History will be delighted with Renoir’s house and the Grimaldi Palace in Cagnes-sur-Mer. The Matisse Chapel ( Vence ) and lots of musee in Nice. All within 30 minutes by bus or train.

We loved this apartment and our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer.
We loved this apartment and our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer. Fabienne is so kind and helpful.
A minus is the noise from traffic and the airplanes, when the windows are open. The apartment is quiet when they are closed.
Walking in C-s-M is easy and the beaches are very easy to reach, though the markets are pretty far away and you have to take a bus there. The buses are always awful crowded.

This village, although fairly developed, was quiet and less expensive to eat and drink out than Nice, Cannes and other locations nearby. However, prices are high generally on the French Riviera.
There is a market once a week that was very nice, with a fair amount of local produce, and the atmosphere was great.
We found all the bars and restaurants well apointed, and provided a good choice.
There are many buses passing through the village, but again information on how to use the various routes was hard to find. Travel cards can be bought locally for €10 which give 10 single rides on the buses or trams - which is a must! One ride for any distance.

Town is near see .
Town is near see . The biggest shopping mall in Azzure Coast - Poligon reviera located in the town. The Azzure Coast Hypodrom is also located in the town . There are a lot cafes and restaurants. The last house of famous painter Renuar is located also here .
Lovely family hotel that offers very clean and comfortable rooms. Compared to similarly priced offerings in Nice I found this hotel to be much nicer (bigger rooms, cleaner, better maintained).
The location is still convenient with the Cagnes-sur-mer train station, essential shops (supermarket, pharmacy, gas station), beaches, and several restaurants all within walking distance.
Everything we imagined and then some. Quaint square atop a hill in Cagnes sur mer which is dripping in ancient history. We spent our 4 days doing day trips east and west in the French Riviera and ended every day back in the square for a wonderful meal either at the hotel or one of the other 3 eateries in the square!!
The hotel is on a quiet and pretty street very close to the beach. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Bed was comfortable though pillows hard. Nice outdoor breakfast area which could have been lovely and peaceful but was spoiled by loud souped-up piped music and tacky decorations.
The hotel was very comfortable and clean and right by the beach for an early morning swim. The staff were exceptionally helpful: I was given a lift with a heavy suitcase to the bus stop when I left, and was also given help with the suitcase on arrival. Thank you.
Perfect location on the beach, close to shops and restaurants and near the train station. We quickly got by train to Antibes, Eze (the climb via F. Nietzsche trail was great and not too difficult), Monaco and to the airport. Nice staff, cute small hotel.
A lovely relaxed retro vibe to the hotel, close to the promenade and easy restaurants and local amenities and to trains that ran along the Cote D’Azur. A nice pool and the room had everything we needed and the staff were fantastic.
We were able to park on the street and not use the hotel's parking. The girl who first greeted us was so informative and helpful and those who followed her tried their best as well. There is no lift.
