There is no handicap parking available. Although we booked a handicapped room,we were given a regular room on the 5th floor. After complaining and going to the room, our room was changed to an accessible room

Exceptional Service.
Exceptional Service. Forgot to mention, we arrived early after a long trip, and for a reasonable small fee were able to easily check in before noon with a small pet and one time reasonable pet fee. You can't go wrong with this beautiful , clean hotel. It smelled like a spa when we walked in. Exceptional breakfast and service in dining area. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was perfect! Restaurant food and complimentary breakfast was delicious totally worth your money. Huge clean suites. I would stay here every weekend if I could.

The most ridiculous hotel I've ever been to.
The most ridiculous hotel I've ever been to. They charge you money for the nights you are NOT there and THEN they don't want to refund the money!!! ANY hotel in the world will refund you the cost for the time you DID NOT spent there. No questions asked. It's a regular procedure by at the booking time. I even physically told the staff AFTER I arrived at the hotel, that I will NOT stay 2 days, but just 1. They said they can't do ANYTHIG about it. What??? Are you running a hotel or a barn yard?? Maybe you're confused/? It was clear from the beginning, BEFORE I even arrived at the place and communicated to them that will only be staying 1 night. They ignored the request and didn't acknowledge the change when I arrived. That's hospitality for you??? I think they are in the wrong business. ANY hotel will bend over backwards to make the stay at their venues as pleasant as possible. NOT this place. I am currently fighting with boooking.com to get my money back, but even booking.com is being difficult about it. So WARNING to you all you booking THIS hotel through boooking.com, your money might be stolen!!!!! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Look elsewhere!!

We had a great view of Marlboro, We like that things were in walking distance to hotel, we met some nice guests. The room was not that clean, dirty socks found under couch cushions that should have been found if they truly cleaned, especially since it was a pull out bed/sofa. there was a terrible stain on the waste basket, unmentionable items found under the bathroom sink that I found while trying to ix the sink drain. The carpet had some stains in it that looked like they should be able to come out with a good steam cleaning. We understand that room turn over is where money is made but there needs to be a little more done to make the guest feel they are thought of.AdamUnited States of America - 10Scored 10
I loved my stay.
I loved my stay. The rug and floors were so clean I walked barefoot. The bed was wonderful, comfortable, warm blankets and the heater worked perfectly for me where I was toasty. The fridge was clean and worked perfectly. I loved everything. When I shared my experience, I was told to "shut up" because they wanted to be there. I said, "booking.com" and smiled. On my last day I ran out of food, but was able to order from the local pizza, which was good. I will definitely go to Marlborough ES again.

The left side of the hotel where the restaurant is located has more of a motel type of feel with open hallways looking down to interior courtyard. every one of those rooms had a window at the front of each room that looked out into the open walkway and interior courtyard. We had friends saying on the right side of the hotel and it felt more like a traditional hotel. I would’ve preferred to have stayed on the other side.AAnonymousUnited States of America

Especially the management, Curtis the general manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made sure we had a good stay. The only thing I wish the hotel could improve on is reconigzing the hard word and effort all of the employees put in because they sure dont get enough credit for all that they do. Shout out to Curtis the General manager! Will be back for sure.

The beds were super comfy. Although they were quite booked, it was pretty quiet throughout the corridors and in the hotel public areas It was well situated. It had nice indoor and outdoor sitting lounges. Nice breakfast-lots of choices-omelette station too. Hand sanitizers and wipes were available in all high traffic areas. Free parking was a plus.

I like the room, the bed was very comfortable. my little guy slept on the couch he said that it was so comfortable to sleep on. I like the continental breakfast. there's nothing I can say that I didn't like I even went to the front desk at 1 a.m. for a blanket and they gave it to me with no questions.
