Horrible hotel.
Horrible hotel. Room filthy, parking lot scary, front desk staff beyond useless. Parking while you go on your trip cost as much as parking at the airport, so what's the point of advertising the parking and free shuttle! {I did go park at the airport as opposed to leaving my car in this lot - I had every expectation to find damage to my vehicle when I left after just the one night. I also got up and left at 4:30am to just get the heck out of that place.}

The bed sheets were used by previous guest, there was hair, dirt and stains all over the sheets. Room was not cleaned well at all there was fingerprints all over room. Our car was broken into as well. We brought all of these concerns to the front staff and management attention and they didn't care
Also they are supposed to have complimentary breakfast which we saw nothing out and no signs for breakfast
But we all know the breakfast is actually calculated in the room cost so I'd like to know where the breakfast is that we paid for???

I had a business for 16 years in Woodson Terrace that's why I came back to settle some affairs.
The police department in Woodson Terrace is not only totally incompetent in my opinion as corrupt as they can be.
The businesses that give the police discounts get what's called "a little extra protection" in other words paying old-fashioned protection money..
If you get pulled over and the police
Say they won't give you a ticket if you let them search your vehicle don't let them they may they plant drugs

Rude and unprofessional receptionist/manage, Deborah.
Rude and unprofessional receptionist/manage, Deborah. Upon arrival she was over talking me and telling me how much I was going to play when I had my Booking.com receipt. I booked 3 rooms and all my rooms were poor quality. Broken bathroom and entrance doors, filthy tub and toilet. Broken washing machine and dryer. There is no way any customer should be treated the way I was treated. I would never stay at this hotel or recommend this hotel. Your staff needs to be trained with customer service skills/leadership skills. This hotel needs to be updated. Broken doors and dirty toilet and tub.

the staff was really nice, and inviting. checking in was a breeze. it was close to where we needed to go. elevator needs to be repaired so the entire hotel had to use one elevator. everyone just kinda piled in with u because they didn’t know how long it’d be before the cab came back to their floor. hotel was pretty quiet though despite it being across the street from the airport.
They were open late and close to the airport. The staff was nice and understanding. It's a good place to stay one night and go find another hotel the next day. The bathroom was nice. The TV had lots of channels and the microwave and fridge were great! The location was okay but not the greatest thing in the world... they were by a taco bell which was great.
The receptionist was pleasant even though she was on the phone the ENTIRE TIME she was booking the room for me. A room which I had booked online, then when I arrived at the hotel there was a sign saying "online bookings would not be honored."
