Good breakfast. Very good location (5 min away from the train station and also from the sea). As a result, excellent starting point to visit local POIs, but also Antibe (30min by foot) or Nice (30 min train) or Monaco (1h train). Good room, with a big terace and a second balcony. Like-new furniture in the bedroom. Working facilities. Working and fast heating system. Cleaning every day! Parking inside the inner yard, however limited. If coming with car, definetely book it!

It's a what people look for when they decide to go to Nice although much better than the metropole. A city without giant buildings, great beachside walks and small streets at night. But mostly, the location (in the middle of the Cote D'Azur) makes it perfect for people who rent a car and aim to go on roadtrips or visit places like Monaco, Marseille, etc.

French coastal village.
French coastal village. Endless bars and restaurants to choose from New beach is our favourite. Sun loungers need to be pre booked and are not cheap. BUT the staff work so hard there running up and down servicing the sun bathers. Long seafront walk large amount of shops to browse. Cocktail bars Casino.

The place was nice, our hotel was superb, however the restaurants in the city need improvement (takes more than 40 minutes to get your order even if it is from daily menu) only in the tai restaurant we got better service. Additionally the beach facilities should be reserved online otherwise you will pay a lot of money.... We didn't know that so it was an unpleasant surprise.

We love Juan-les-Pins!
We love Juan-les-Pins! The beach is beautiful, the people seem friendly and there are many delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and boutiques within easy walking distance, The town seems very pedestrian friendly and safe. Juan-les-Pins is in an ideal location to visit many other areas of the south of France. One can easily take the train, ferry, or even hire a private driver to visit other towns and villages. We plan to return next year we like Juan-les-Pins so much.
Lovely helpful staff. Apartment was clean and had everything I needed. I wanted a wine glass and mug for tea and the staff immediately found these for me. Great location - right in the centre of Juan Les Pins and about a 3 minute walk to the sea. Loads of shops and restaurants. In fact the best ones I found were opposite and next door to the apartment. Parking was about a 4 minute walk and very reasonably priced for the area and secure. Bus just around the corner directly into Antibes - only 1.50 euros.
This hotel is all about location: only a few meters from the seafront and the train station is on the other end of the street. A walk to the historical town of Antibes takes about 30 minutes. Rooms, though rather small, are comfortable for French standards, superior rooms are worth the extra cost. Breakfast is decent, with good coffee and perfect scrambled eggs. Staff is polite and helpfull.
In spite of some minor negative issues, I would certainly consider coming back to this hotel when in Juan-les-Pins.
The location is excellent! Walking distance to parks, beach, restaurants, shops .
Checkin was easy. The owners were friendly and helpful . We were able to checkout and hold our bags in the lobby so we could explore a bit more before leaving for the airport.
Antibes is a very nice, quiet little town . I would definitely recommend staying in Antibes over Nice…and just take the train into Nice for the day to explore.
This hotel is ideally situated for restaurants and the beach, located in a quiet side street. It’s a 3 star hotel, so not luxurious, but has everything you need. The rooms are clean, as are the bathrooms, there’s also a fridge, a hairdryer and a (very small) desk. And there’s air conditioning. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was an excellent way to start the day.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sainte Valerie. The gardens surrounding the property are magical, the breakfasts are delicious, the owners and staff are extremely helpful and thoughtful. The room was perfect, felt large by most European standards. I believe all rooms have a small balcony, which makes the experience even more special.
We loved this hotel—glorious location, great vibe, incredibly helpful staff. The terrace is the best one we have ever been on in our many travels. The staff went above and beyond. We met people who came back every year—we plan to do the same!
Nice place to stay for one night. Nice renovation on the hotel, best shower fixture! But they didn’t replace the carpet. Very small room. AC system controlled by front desk which didn’t realize until much later. Good place for short stay!
An absolutely charming hotel, located in the heart of Juan-les-Pins. A special shout-out to the most attentive staff - booked as a birthday surprise for my partner, and they helped organise the perfect weekend :)
Location was great. Room was very nice and spacious. The balcony overlooking the courtyard was a nice plus. The breakfast was great too. Lot's of options to select from. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Nice apartment situated in the very center of Juan-les-Pins. Close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very nice, waiting for us at arrival, even preparing a minibar with drinks for our arrival.
We loved everything about the hotel! The building has great character, it is conveniently located, very quiet and the staff was incredibly nice. We loved the breakfast as well! Definitely recommend
Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Clean with all necessary amenities. Hotel is very close to everything. Area is fun & near beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops- very central
