LOCATION - park view, water view, and PRICE. Proximity to restaurants - good ones one block from the beach two blocks from nightlife. Convenience store, pharmacy, fantastic Thai restaurant, fantastic steakhouse, adorable sports bar, on the block. Then you’re on the Malecon and that’s all the ocean front places. Two blocks the other way is the biggest night life zone in the area. Popular LGBT clubs like Mr Flamingo, Industry, La Noche, Pacos, CCs, at lest ten others. Popular more mor mixed late night venues, Margarita Grill, zone Joe Jacks, anything beach front💔 It’s not the fanciest hotel, but it’s good space and good value and the staff are fantastic. That’s not guaranteed in PV. It is at Eloisa and I’ve stayed more than once booking direct and on other platforms. It’s at the dead center of everything you could possibly want to do.
