The staff (front desk, kitchen, housekeeping) was very friendly. It's a nice touch that the front desk texts you to see if everything is to your liking.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I liked the nice neutral colored, textured wallpaper. I also appreciated the hand-held shower head.
The Saturday breakfast was unique and tasty. They had assemble yourself tortillas with pulled pork, scrambled eggs, potatoes and an array of toppings in addition to fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, and oatmeal.

I have been going to this courtyard every other day for the past few weeks due to it being close to the fertility clinic. And I thought about going elsewhere; but the STAFF is absolutely amazing. Warm. Welcoming. Able to answer any question. Super friendly. Very accommodating. I could go on forever.
There was wine on a wall in one of the rooms I stayed in. But: wine stains. That’s not their fault.
The staff is not hat keeps me coming back over and over. If you want to feel like home: this is your place!

Loved the very spacious room equipped well for long stays.
Loved the very spacious room equipped well for long stays. Very flexible lobby area which accommodated overflow breakfast eaters and evening family game playing. The front desk staff were all wonderful .... when they were there. I was surprised at how often the front desk was not manned.
Easy to get to Niagara Falls and preferred Amherst/Buffalo area for actual stay for shopping, restaurants, church, etc.

The hotel did not let me know that they clean rooms only after special request.
In the third day, filled in the request on paper, dropped of at the reception - no result.
Next day asked the receptionist in the morning - no result.
Asked the receptionist in the afternoon - got the room cleaned in couple hours.
Did not ask for repetitive cleaning and nobody bothered for the rest of the stay.

Amherst is a great place to stay when you are visiting the Western New York area. It is easy to get around Amherst and the surrounding communities. There are many great restaurants in the area. One of our favorites is The Eagle House. They have a wonderful fish fry! We grew up in Amherst and cannot say enough about the area. We enjoy returning to the area to visit family and friends.
Staff was exceptional and very helpful.
My reservation via booking.com did not show on hotel system. I had a confirmation email from the booking site however. Thankfully they did have the suite available so it worked out. The clerk double checked everything to ensure I wasn’t charged twice which was on his own initiative and it was reassuring and saved me the hassle of checking myself. Additional toiletries were needed and the clerk added a few goodies (cream and a toothbrush) as extras which was thoughtful.
Amazing hotel. Good location for shopping. Right near Target, Walmart, Trader Joes, Crumbl cookie, etc.
Rooms were very clean and nice. Staff was great. Complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby. Free parking and breakfast is an amazing perk!
Will be staying here again if we come back to Buffalo!
The family absolutely loved this place! Perfectly located to some good shopping. Hotel clean and amenities great. Loved the hot tea, coffee and hot chicolate available at all hours. Breakfast was great and had something for everyone. I wouldnt hesitate to come back and I would recommend it highly
I know Buffalo because I lived there for a long time so I knew where the hotel was and that is why I selected it. The breakfast was very good and there was always helpful staff there. the breakfast area was neat and very clean. A good mixture of breakfast foods and plenty of it.
Room was well laid out and comfortable! Breakfast had a wonderful array of options. Pool and hot tub were top notch! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel went all out for the eclipse! Hope to stay again some day!!
Upscale property in Buffalo. Great customer service at check-in, including delicious cookies. One of the more comfortable hotel beds I’ve stayed in outside of the Ritz Carlton/Four Seasons level.
We were starting our Erie Canal Trail ride from Buffalo to Albany and spent the first two nights here getting ready. Eveything wrked as expected and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Comfortable beds and practical room setting, superb open shower, abundant hot breakfast service, professional, courteous staff - highly recommended hotel choice in Amherst, NY.
The room was exactly what was advertised on Booking.com, unlike most other hotels that show only generic photos that may or may not be the room you are looking for.
