For one night it was ok.
It has easy access to public transport and parking. We stayed for Rugby world cup and it was convenient for accessing the stadium. Even though it was highly overpriced for that occasion.
Check in was a bit complicated as we arrived a bit early and there was no one at the reception until 15:00, and check in was starting ar 17:00.
So we had to come back after game to make sure we got the room to sleep.
