Attractive and quiet small Belgium town.
Attractive and quiet small Belgium town. A handful of local shops, bars and easy food restaurants to choose from. Good location for access to the Spar Francorchamps Racing Circuit, local museums, tourist attractions and wooded trails. Locals generally friendly but dour.

A nice and cozy place to spend some quality time with family. The center of the village is less than 5 min walk. There were a lot of hiking trails nearby. The house is spacious and nicely maintained. It was clean, including the bed linen and the shower towels. The kitchen was good. The parking was nearby. And the hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing beats the natural beauty of waterfalls, plus sorrounded by many attractions in plopsa coo. A chair lift is a good choice to relax, and the view from the top is amazing. A couple of thrill rides for adventurous people and lots of attractions for kids. Trully a fun place for all ages.

Great location which would be perfect for a walking and cycling holiday. Beautiful scenery and so quiet and serene at night.
Not too many amenities around so ended up going to the local town of Malmedy which is about 10 minutes by car. This had supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants basically everything you needed.
Although as we were there on grand prix weekend even this town seemed to struggle with the sheer number of visitors and so service was very slow. But I imagine the rest of the year it would be perfect.

Came for Le Bug Show at Spa Franco Circuit.
Came for Le Bug Show at Spa Franco Circuit. Great circuit and great surrounding towns and villages ! Lots to do and see . Great Domino Steakhouse not too far away in the town centre . And a lovely little place called Sart with a lake and fountain nearby
Didn’t want to leave
Great spot, on the edge of the lovely Ardennes town of Stavelot, and on the river bed. It's just a 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre. The house is like a mansion and has all facilities and comfort that you might need. Even though I arrived unexpectedly late, the friendly lady was waiting for me and helped me with my bicycle and directions. Breakfast was really good and extensive, including sandwiches to take for my next ride. Highly recommended!
What a hotel ! In a historic building in the middle of the town, extremely clean rooms all new furnished, walk-in shower with excellent products, minibar, very good bed. Breakfast superb : choice of fresh fruits, jams, bacon/eggs, smoked salmon, pancakes, fresh juice, different kinds of bread. We just loved everything. 1 thing about Stavelot: it needs a good restaurant. We went to La Manufacture in Ster : please go there - it is excellent!
Charming old building with squeaky floors, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and bathroom, and great breakfast! Antonina is a lovely, accomodating and friendly host and we definitely would come back if we are around.
We came to Stavelot as a starting point to a bike ride in Ardennes (which is great!) and at the end of the day we were also welcome in the B&B to change, which was very appreciated after 7h on a bike :)
Charming little hotel in a historical setting yet nicely renovated with a modern feel. The staff is super attentive, friendly and professional. There is a beautiful garden, a fantastic restaurant and a cosy sauna on the rooftop. The place is close to the the center of town and the RAVeL trail. We really enjoyed our weekend here and highly recommend it.
Location is great as just off the main square on a quiet street. Stavelot itself is beautiful and a short distance from the Spa circuit. The lounge had 2 really nice sofas. Kitchen facilities good, although we didn't need them as eat out in Stavelot. Bedrooms and bathroom are nicely done and plenty of room in the apartment generally.
Beautiful location. Great location for all my needs (historical sites and restaurants). Staff friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, quiet, strong Wi-Fi signal and TV had abundant channels. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Hotel provided a secure indoor space to keep my bike. I highly recommend Petit-Roannay.
Nicely decorated hotel surrounded by a a big garden, the environment is very pleasant. Big room, comfortable bed, free bottle of water in the room. Good breakfast. Free parking available. Pets are allowed in the hotel. Possibility to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
Spacious and clean with very comfortable beds.
The garden terrace is a great place to relax in the sunshine.
The town of Stavelot is very pretty and has plenty of bars & restaurants.
Very close to the Spa racetrack, approx 10/15 min drive away.
Beautiful hotel with charm and character in the heart of beautiful Stavelot. The hotel staff was lovely and extremely helpful. Delicious full spread continental breakfast. Stayed for 3 nights and will happily return - thank you!
Location was great for rides, restaurants were nearby. The hotel/cafe went out of the way to remain open even though it was closed and staff made arraignments for us to stay. The bike wash station is a nice touch.
The location and decor are amazing. I've stayed here twice so far and it's pretty much the place I stay when I visit this part of Belgium. It's beautifully designed and breakfast is excellent.
The location is good, near by Stavelot tourist area, close to famous climb if you have cycling holiday. The environment is really good. Easy parking. Reception is friendly and efficient.
Very comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Water boiler with tea and coffee offered. Very quiet room. 10 minutes walking from the centre and abbey of Stavelot.
