Just Minutes from the Magic
Bussy-Saint-Georges has the key benefit of being on the RER train line between the French capital and Disneyland Paris, Europe’s most popular theme park. The town is one of the more recent additions to the landscape east of Paris and its name is thought to refer to the woodland that once covered the land. It is still relatively green today and is surrounded by countryside and small parks and lakes.
Most of the Bussy-Saint-Georges accommodation lies between the Marne River and the A4 motorway which connects to the Paris ring road. Being just that little bit further away from the delights of Disney, the hotels with pools, traditional B&Bs and apartments are on the whole cheaper than those nearer the parks.
The Bussy Saint-Georges golf course provides a peaceful spot to work on your swing, and sitting at the centre of neighbouring Guermantes Park is a private castle. Sea Life Paris is a popular aquarium within a complex housing the huge Val d’Europe shopping centre, both easily accessed by car and RER. This region is known for brie production and you can pick up some tasty samples here.

Bussy-St-Georges is what the French call "citée-dortoir".
Bussy-St-Georges is what the French call "citée-dortoir". Just block of flats, which look like a set to film a TV sitcom. Its only redeeming value is proximity to Disneyland Paris via public transport.
The city is probably relatively safe, even at night, but there are signs of social tensions. For some reason, the city seems to be popular amongst Asian or Chinese people. There is a large Chinese supermarket and most restaurants are Asian. Then there are people with black skin sitting in the streets and some of them had drunk far too much when we came back at night. The police was present checking people when we arrived in the afternoon on our first day.
Please note that I am just describing the situation as I experienced it and make no judgement whatsoever. All these people may be French regardless of their appearance, for example.

We stayed here for our trip to Disneyland, there is a supermarket by the train station and several bakeries and restaurants around as well, which is great. There are regular buses to the train station and then regular trains to Disneyland, and the public transport is cheap.

Lovely wee place although struggled to find a French restaurant for evening meal. Lovely lady at Turkish eatery told us of fireworks in park one evening which we attended. Great train service into central Paris. We flew into Orly (cheapest flights considerably) best option was to transfer by taxi, we have been advised if we return that CdeG is easier.

We loved staying at this beautiful property. It was nice and clean, but also kid friendly. There was a high chair and cot and kids plates and cups etc. There was tons of informational signs to help you understand how to use thing which was really helpful. It was a short walk to the RER which gave us easy access to Disneyland Paris and the city. It was nice to have parking on site. We had great communication with the host who was really helpful!
Amazing location in the heart of a pleasant town,
Very convenient, just few steps to the train station, only 10 minutes to Disneyland and 30 minutes to Paris center.
Restaurants, shops and bakery within walking distance.
The flat is comfortable, cozy and quiet, in a secured building.
The host is so kind, very helpful and the price is fair.
Definitely recommend this place for a great stay near Disneyland and Paris !
Staff were very nice, spoke good english and made us feel welcome.
That's about it for the good.
I guess, if you don't mind sleeping on a box, in a box, the the accessibility to Disney Land Paris is really good - we went there for dinner and travelled there to move into a Disney hotel the night after. its about 10 minutes drive.
It was pleasantly and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the A road....
Immaculate apartment in a great location for not only Disney Land, Val d’ Europe which is a huge shopping centre, but also for going into Paris too from the local train station. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Lovely comfy beds. Gated community and felt very safe. Safe parking in an underground car park. The local town has an excellent selection of shops and restaurants.
Very clean apartment in a quiet and beautiful place. 2 minutest close to the train station and store. 10 minutes to Disneyland and 40-50 minutes to the Paris city centre. The train works till midnight but is a little bit expensive if you want to go more days to Paris. (30 euro for a round trip to Paris for 2 adults and 2 children). compleat and clear informations for self check in.
Lovely little apartment, with all the amenities you need for daily living, very clean, easy access to property with good instruction to follow.
Good location 5 minute walk to train station that takes you to Disneyland and Paris. Lots of local shops supermarkets and restaurants everything you need all in one location will be booking for future trips. most definitely recommend 👌 😁
The flat is nice, comfortable and located close to the station. There’re a very close stores and restaurants all around. Disneyland, the mall of La Vallée Village and Val d’Europe are close and they can be reached by train in about 10 minutes. Paris can be reached easily by the train. The city is clean and secure. I highly recommend this flat.
This property is excellent for a Disney trip! It's a short walk to the train station which has a 6 minute train direct to Disneyland Paris.
The host is absolutely lovely and so helpful. We had everything we needed and it was nice to have more space than just a hotel room.
Thank you for a great stay!
The property was perfect as it was modern, clean and located in a lovely calm area. So close to the train station to take you to Paris and Disneyland and also buses around. The owner Illan was a delight to interact with via message and so accommodating to our needs and questions.
Staff were nice, hotel room clean and nice. Vending machine for snacks and drinks was helpful. 15/20 minute taxi ride to Disneyland or a few stops on the tube - station was around 15 mins walk away though not very easy to find
I really enjoyed the warm and friendly hospitality from the host. The location is just a short walk from the RER A station. The rooms were also very clean, comfortable, and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
The apartment is presented exceptionally, and in a prime location for trip for a family trip to Disneyland Paris,
all amenities are available as described and faultless , can recommend this apartment and host 100%
So convenient to Disneyland and Paris. It was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was close by! The shuttle service recommended by the owner was also wonderful!
