A lovely, quiet residential area which was spotless. There were two local supermarkets which were really handy for everything we needed. If you want to be closer to Berlin central, then you will probably feel you are a bit far out in Teltow. Transport was convenient. However, when we were there, the local train service wasn't operating so there was a bus replacement service instead. It just took a bit longer getting into Berlin each day. However, the transport system is amazing. We bought a 9 Euro card which allowed us to travel everywhere - on buses, trains and subway. It's a nice, quiet town.

We used Teltow as a handy base for getting to Berlin, Potsdam and Brandenburg. It's a small outer suburban area so ideal for this but not much beyond essential facilities, shops, restaurants etc in Teltoe itself.Red318United Kingdom
