The hotel is very charming. We loved staying there. The staff was very helpful and always professional. Breakfast was great. This is a hidden gem. Wonderful family run fresh seafood restaurants right around the corner. Although a bit of a walk (with steps) to city, quiet awaits at this location.

The local people are delightful. We felt safe even at night.
The local people are delightful. We felt safe even at night. Cruise ships are a feature so crowds become an issue and many businesses are set up for tourists. Drivers are surprisingly considerate and courteous, however, footpaths are often an afterthought or absent completely so care is needed. Be prepared to walk to see all the best features of Sorrento. Watch out for swooping seagulls if eating Al fresco.

Sorrento is a great place to stay.
Sorrento is a great place to stay. We were there 6 nights and could easily return for another visit in the future and see totally different things next time around. We visited Amalfi by ferry, Positano by bus, Capri and a couple of days by the pool and around Sorrento. Recommend the ferry over the bus for transport although the bus trip to Positano was memorable for the coastal road and views. We didn’t have enough time in Capri and so think we would stay over there if we go again. Food amazing everywhere, scenery stunning. Really great destination!

Very well stocked with snacks,coffeee,drinks,

Sorrento is the perfect place to use as a jump off point to take day trips to Amalfi, Positano, Capri, and Pompeii. It’s also a great time to spend in Sorrento itself with lots of restaurants and things to do. Its the perfect alternative to booking 1 night in each of the smaller places!

Sorrento was a great place to use as a base to see the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompeii, and the National Archaeological Museum in Naples. I didn't really explore Sorrento much until the last day, and I happened upon a festive and thriving street scene near the highly recommended Gelateria David, near the train station.
The EAV train to Pompeii and Naples is crowded and you can't reserve a seat. I recommend looking up the schedule online and getting there early.
Handy location at the end of the main street of the old town. You may not get the views of the hotels further out, but you don't get the long, uphill walk either! Huge room, useful balcony. Everywhere - room, corridors, reception, breakfast area - all spotlessly clean and spacious. Massive breakfast spread to help yourself from - best I've had in Italy and I've been a few times. Helpful reception staff. Don't be put off by the word Hostel. It's more like a hotel, without a restaurant. The Deluxe bit is more appropriate.
The view from the mountain is fantastic! The staff is very nice and helpful. The room and the hotel premises very clean with decent wi-fi. Rooms have an AC and a safe-box. There is neither an iron nor an iron board in the room but you can get them on request. The breakfast is quite regular for the south of Italy, I guess: nothing special, but everything is fresh and delicious. As the hotel located a bit far from the city central part, it's very convenient for the guests to use the shuttle service provided.
The best part of the property is clearly the view and patio. One would not have such a great view of the Bay of Naples and Sorrento while staying in town, and the patio provides a large space for many people to relax and observe. The local village of Priora, with its lemon farms, is also quite charming and gives you more of a feel of rural Italy, despite the proximity to busy Sorrento. Sorrento itself is pretty accessible through a network of both public and private bus services, as well as taxis.
Perfect location which is right near the bus/train station (great for day trips to Amalfi coast) and the property was a 5 min walk to the main Sorrento strip. The property itself was clean, great view of Sorrento and the best hosts that made our first time in Italy memorable. The hosts told us about the best restaurants and areas to visit. The included breakfast was delicious! Thank you to Luigi for making our time in Sorrento so special, we can’t wait to stay in your B&B in Capri!
This was the best accommodation during our whole trip in Italy. Its within 6-minute walking distance to the Sorrentos city centre and its amazing port views. Regarding the apartment, all was superclean and designed with an excellent taste, bathroom included. The owner is a very nice lady who helped us with all we needed. The highlight was the royal breakfast, which we had on a balcony with a view. If you plan to visit Sorrento, definitely stay at NeroBianco :-)
This was by far our favourite place we stayed while in Italy. Dea Guest House exceeded our expectations! Herman was so amazing! Any questions we had, Herman answered right away. He helped us with arranging our transportation, giving us tips on where to eat, and even offered to book excursions for us! The room was very spacious, great taste in furniture, and Netflix! The location is also perfect! Right on the main road in Sorrento.
all 4 of us absolutely LOVED this lovely home. it was so much nicer than the photos showed. we all walked in and went “oh wow”. the views are spectacular. the location amazing. each room was well appointed, spotless and super comfortable. the hosts were so nice. we want to come back to Sorrento and stay here again. we stayed all over Italy this trip as we are gone a month and this was by far our favorite apartment.
❤️❤️❤️
Close to train station and main square, gorgeous views from the balconies and windows, the host was the nicest person, breakfast was so yummy, everything was clean and comfortable, cold AC, and bonus that there were two sweet cats as well. This is simply the best experience I’ve had staying anywhere, and by far the best place we’ve stayed in Italy. Would recommend to anyone in the Sorrento/Amalfi area. Thank you, Raffaela!
MUST STAY in Sorrento! Highlight of our trip to Italy. Beautiful property with the kindest staff. You truly feel the love and warmth the mother-daughter duo put into every detail. The owners truly went above and beyond.
We were unable to find a cab at 7 am and they drove us in their car out of the kindness of their hearts so that we would not miss our ferry to Naples and subsequent flight. Cannot recommend enough!
This was my first trip to Italy and I couldn't be more pleased with Hotel Regina. From the moment I walked in, the people were extremely welcoming, even helped me with a taxi, ordering delivery and recommending a day trip to the Amalfi coast. My room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was out of this world. Would definitely come back to Hotel Regina again and again.
The Stay was very pleasant and infact the best in Italy considering all other hotels I stayed in.
We took bunglow for 2 adults and 1 kid. It was clean with basic kitchen facilities (no complaints). The Location of the property is best and dont forget to have pizza there. The service staff are amazing and very humble.
The main pool is "deep" only. with a kids plunge pool on the side.
The hotel was amazing and so were the staff. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The restaurant was off the charts from the food to the service. It was hands down the best dinner I've had while in Italy and that's saying something since we have had a lot of great meals here. My only regret was we couldn't stay longer. You will not be disappointed!
Fantastic location in the heart of Sorrento. The hotel’s original features are amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. Iron and a good hairdryer in the room very handy. Typical breakfast in Italy, lots of pastries. The turning down of your beds with a weather report being left each evening was a nice touch. All the staff are very friendly and helpful!
This hotel is definitely one the best I stayed at in my 2 weeks in Italy. Great location, 3 minutes walking from local train station, 4 minutes from beach clubs, and on a main street with tons of restaurants and shops. The staff was so nice. The breakfast was great every morning and the beds were so comfortable. Definitely a great stay 👍❤️🇮🇹
The hotel had a perfect location, nice pool with a beautiful view. pleasantly surprised on how nice our room was. quad room had privacy door and two bathrooms. The staff was very friendly. Parking on site made our stay easier. breakfast plentiful. Out of 7 hotels we booked for Italy Rivage was the best.
Magical place in the heart of Sorrento. Federica was the best possible host all over Italy, her advice, tips, and kindness made us had an amazing experience during our stay. Corso38’s location can’t be beaten. if you visit Sorrento you NEEED to stay at this property.
Loved everything about this place! Beautiful little B&B. Short 10 minute walk to Sorrento center. Vanna and Mario are the most gracious hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Probably the best B&B we stayed at on our month long journey through Italy!
good location in terms of Amalfi and Sorrento town, recommend having a car (if you’re okay to drive in Italy!)
Milena was 10/10 and helped us with excursions including to Capri
owners were pleasant too and we enjoyed breakfast every morning
Everything was amazing. Christina the Manager was exceptional in every way. The rooms are impeccably clean and so refreshingly styled. Sorrento is so beautiful and the breakfast was the best I had in Italy for variety. Faultless.
I loved my stay here. It was so convenient for exploring Sorrento and Luca could not have been a better host. He was always available and willing to share his extensive knowledge of the area. Perfect for a first time visit to Italy!
