    Nice location pleasant staff,rooms good, beds very comfortable a little noisy outside being to close to a very busy main road but was ok not much space to hang your trousers and shirts etc but if you are only staying one to two nights its fine one thing that was a problem was to bedroom door lock it opened fine when i arrived and when i left to go to the races it locked fine but when returning back that night it took me over 20mins to get in has the door lock had seem to be jammed this may well need looking at
