The studio appartement was small but very clean and looked cool. It had nearly everything we could whish, small kitchen, bathroom en suite, tv, airco, small bar. The airco broke down but it was fixed very fast and in the mean time we got an extra ventilator. The owner was very helpful and nice. The only things were that there was no coffeemaker and there wasn't really a place to sit outside, such as a shared terras. However great value for money. We had a lovely couple of nights.

The lake scenery is lovely - excellent view onto the lake from the terrace. The terrace in the garden offers a nice setting for outdoor dining. The restaurant was enjoyable with very kind and efficient service and nice cuisine. The staff and the lady at the reception were utmost friendly and offered great service.

The Chateau De Lalande is a traditional hotel in elegant surroundings, 7.5 miles from Périgueux. It offers an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and large, peaceful grounds.
