Unbelievable little hotel, unbelievable location, unbelievable price. We got the last room available online and were upgraded when we arrived. The room was so charming and large with multiple windows. View of the castle. Very clean and comfortable. Very romantic setting. Restaurant was so delicious and the manager on duty was very kind and friendly, giving great information and advice for our stay. Parking was right across the street and very inexpensive. Can't believe we got a room here!
This hotel is located between Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle on the Romantic Road, 2.5 mi from Füssen. Hotel Müller offers elegant rooms and a Bavarian-style restaurant.

This place is a hidden gem! It is very peaceful and quiet, especially in the evenings and mornings when there are not many tourists around. Breakfast with the Neuschwastein Castle view, free parking lot for hotel guest, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can get to the castle early in the morning to avoid the crowds which arrives around 9.00 am.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
With some rooms offering wonderful views of the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles, this traditional hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Füssen and the Austrian border.

The rooms are nice and cozy, with that old charm. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had a homey feel that made it even more relaxing. There are no toilets/showers in the rooms, but the shared facilities are close, warm, and private when you are in them. There's no risk of someone walking in while you shower for example.
Food was also excellent, I would even advise that the portions are very generous! The salad was amazing, and over delivered on quantity and taste. Really was the icing on the cake so to say.
Central location convenient for visiting the two castles.
Central location convenient for visiting the two castles. There is nothing there apart from a series of hotels and a few restaurants. Even so, much more conventient than staying further out and paying for parking etc.
For more amenties and activities apart form the castles try Fussen, 15 minutes away

This city is amazing and the people are so nice.
This city is amazing and the people are so nice. I had all good experiences during my stay in the area. The Castle Hohenschwangau is worth a visit as well. Most people just go to Neuschwanstein, but please visit the Hohenschwangau Castle as well. Do not eat at the Hotel Muller Bistro quick snack place. The Jumbo hot dog was terrible, and I had an ache in my stomach the rest of the day. Eat at one of the sit down restaurants!

Woman from reception was completely stressed out wich is unpleasant if you have just traveled so we didn't feel very welcome when checking in. After 17:00 not possible to eat anything. Bad WIFI and breakfast ( no fruit) that was not what you expect fir this price. Rooms did not have insulated walls. Perfect distance from the Neuschwanstein castle ( only 200 meters)

We only had one night here which had to fit into our other travel plans. Was a great experience and we will be back for at least 3 nights so we can do further mountains, hikes and cycling. The place has stunning vistas can highly recommend.

Fairy-tail castle build by a romantic young king in a fantastic location high-up in the Bavarian mountains and overlooking a lake surrounded by dense forest. It is a destination worth seeing, part Disney World (the castle itself), part reality (its location). Prior reading up on the historical facts is recommended, though. Visits are well organized, but generally require some waiting for busses and scheduled tours. The physically fit can hike up, instead, but everything has its price, including parking.

Hohenschwangau was a winter fairytale.
Hohenschwangau was a winter fairytale. We had gently falling snow for our stay in December and the township was lit up for Christmas. It was truly magical. We enjoyed the drive through the wintry countryside to get to this destination, one of the most beautiful drives with snow-laden trees and a snow cleared safe passage. Neuschwanstein Castle is a short walk or horse-drawn carriage ride free from the township. There is ample paid parking (10 Euros for a car) for those visiting the castle on a day trip. We dined on traditional Bavarian food a short stroll from our hotel whilst other members of our group dined at Hotel Muller. Service is exceptional. It is like the service providers in this township have made a collective pact to leave every visitor with the best and warmest memories to cherish. I will be telling everyone about this wonderful experience.
Location very close to the Neuschwanstein Castle. In fact you can see it from the entrance of the hotel. To get there, just walk out to the shuttle bus which is walking distance (about 5 minutes walk).
Free parking, free breakfast. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. If coming by car, there are places to eat around the area, even at night. Quiet and cosy at night, with a balcony to sit out and enjoy the breeze.
Since we arrived in the evening, there was an instruction sent on how to retrieve the key to the main door and room.
The castle view was amazing. By the time we arrived most things in town we closed but it was worth the long travel just for the view from the balcony. The castle view was so special and the actual property was beautiful too. It was only the next morning in the daylight we realised that you could also see the Hohenschwangau castle from the front of the property. The staff were really helpful and friendly and breakfast was such good value for 1 Euro!
Fantastic view of the Neuschwanstein castle from the bedroom. A very short walk to the Museum of the Bavarian Kings, Hohenschwangau castle and the bus stop for Neuschwanstein castle (otherwise 20 min uphill walk... a pleasant walk back though)
Clean large exceptionally appointed bedroom.
Terrifically helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Underground parking with an EV charging point for my electric car.
Location was right at the foot of Neuwestein Castle. Was nice to be able to walk around early mornings and late at night when tourist traffic was light. It is a bit of a hike uphill to get to the hotel from town but worth it to be in such a peaceful location in the evenings. Light breakfast provided at morning. Other meals available at a cost.
We have got the upgrade and the room has views of both Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles. One from the balcony, the other from the window. It was lovely and relax stay. Staff did arrange tickets for us to both castles with great recoommendation. The property is in a short walk to castles, museum and the lake.
The staff is very nice. The breakfast was really good, above average. We also had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel which was great. The location is perfect if you have early tickets for the castle. We used private parking at a reasonable cost.
Proxomity to castle and private drive and car parking near top of hill ...worth it. .The breakfast was wholesome and filling ... would stay again. Room sizes were small therefire for three of us- wife, son and husband, required two rooms. Cheers
.everything. Judith at desk was outstanding help, she secured castle tickets when I tried but failed. Location great plus. This is what a hotel should be when u travel. Breakfast super. Parking at hotel easy and secure. This a 15 on 1 to 10 scale
Excellent location to Castle Neuschwanstein. Cute town. Excellent room. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. They allowed us to store our luggage while we toured the castle. The price was very reasonable.
This hotel is physically the closest one can get to sleeping in the two famous castles. The horse carriage start point is right at the hotel.
Staff had prepared a bed for our dog and even put out some food for her.
Breakfast is excellent.
the hotel's location was charming and beyond expectations you can visit the two castles easily and there is a peaceful lake near by. the breakfast was good and generous portions and the waiter was patient and friendly (his name is Emiel)
Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. The walking trails to both Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwengau castles came off the road right at the location of this hotel. We had outside space with a view of Neuschwanstein.
Location couldn’t have been better. You can see both castles from the property, and it’s a 10 min walk to Hohenschwangau castle. Neuschwanstein is easy too but a longer walk (same for everyone)
The staff was friendly. The hotel is nice, and it's in a great spot - right by the bus stop and ticket shop to get to the castle. It's just a 20-minute walk (uphill) to reach the castle.
Fantastic hotel especially the room with the bathtub and the view of the castle. Absolutely above any expectations. The breakfast was nice as well. The castle is super closer by foot.
Hotel is very close to castle with the parking space , so in the morning we drop our car and went to Neuschwanstein. It was a good breakfast, clean room and convenient late check in
The reception staff is so kind and helpful. They gave us good and helpful advice on transportation. The location is near to the castles, the Neuschwanstein, and the Hohenschwangau.
