Location is great, staff was nice.
SPA as well beautiful.
Breakfasts buffet was amazing! I do not have words to describe it.
We wanted to try as well Chateaubriand for dinner in this hotel restaurant - it was little bit high price on firts look, but we had this dinner and Chateaubriand was the best we ever had! Chateaubriand with truffle potato purée with truffles and with extra sause - all was perfect!
Dinner, dish itself and atmosphere in reastaurant with frinedly and perfect stuff, all was high class.
We were delighted with this sauce and my husbond asked how they make it, and Chef himslef came to greet us and talked with us about it… and full process takes in total 2 days to finish it.
We were delighted.
Also in the morning before or after the breakfast in Cacadu bar of restaurant there is possibility from 06-11 that you sit there take some coffee or capucino and some snack (not paying extra for this) and to enjoy in beautiful view.
All was perfect and I recommend this place.

Binz is the most charming place! Most guest houses are from turn of the last Century, and full of quirks and beautiful details. The beach is lovely, even out of season, and there’s also an old-fashinoned pier and a lake. Love it all!

The incessant rain this summer makes reviewing a challenge. Binz is a pleasant, quiet seaside resort with good bus/train links to other parts of the island. The narrow gauge steam train is excellent.

Very beautiful small city with ammenities and opportunities for family visits with little children. But avoid the properties directly at the beach area as they can be a bit noisy due to the live music that is regularly being played in some of the hotels!

Binz feels a bit too crowded for an enjoyable relaxed...
Binz feels a bit too crowded for an enjoyable relaxed vacation on a beach, but it is great as a starting point for hiking around Rügen - provided you have car or over means to travel around the island.
The hotel was very nice. Staff incredibly nice and always friendly which makes a huge difference, breakfast was super well served with varieties of bread, fruits, cheese, etc and even though they could not offer a normal buffet because if corona they found a way to have a buffet style so you could order all you want which was well organized.
Room and facilities super clean every day. And there is a parking space (charged but no reservation needed) which was helpful for us. Also, less than 15 min walk from the beach.
We booked this hotel for our 10 anniversary and were very happy with our experience.
The staff is very attentive and helpful, the hotel went an extra mile to arrange for special amenities in our room.
Restaurant has relaxed atmosphere and delicious menu.
Breakfast had a very good selection and service was attentive and friendly
Spa are and treatment was very relaxing.
The building and interior is in excellent condition
We stayed at the Mona Lisa apartment house, which is part of the Central Hotel Binz. It was wonderful. Very nice, cozy, and comfortable apartment. Located at the beginning of the Fußgänger zone, we could walk to the beach and promenade in 10 minutes.
Central Hotel is located with the restaurant Plattduutsch, one of the best in Binz and the island of Rugen. Great breakfast and friendly service.
The location is just 200 meters from the beach and promenade.
The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help.
The Italian restaurant on the ground floor is very good, and the prices are quite reasonable.
The suite is very cozy and clean.
A nice kitchenette, with a good variety of kitchen utensils. The fridge is quite spacious, compared to some other apart-hotels I've been to.
The apartment is is clean, well furnished, and in good condition. The location is really good. Everything is in walking distance: beach, shopping, restaurants, public transportation for longer trips to other towns. Hence, it is totally possible to arrive at Binz by train (e.g., via the ICE train network), and to spend the vacation there without a car.
To resume Binz it's an incredible and beatiful place to go but not to stay at this Hotel.
In the city everything is well care, clean and with very nice people, the stores open on Sunday something weird in Germany but for me positive mostly on vacations, there are very yummy restaurants and ao many places to know.
Parking our very large car (my wife has a wheelchair) was easy and in an excellent position for us.
The room we were allocated (No. 377) was exceptional - probably one of the best in the Hotel.
The staff were excellent in considering our special needs (apart from one incident - see under)
Really good property in a perfect location. Staff at hotel were excellent. Breakfast very high standard. Evening meals were all also excellent. Cannot fault the Belvedere other than a very minor point that maybe it would be good if they had USB charger sockets in the room.
- very clean
- exceptional service (we asked for more pillows and blankets and a staff member immediately prepared them for us)
- great breakfast buffet
Overall, a nice, small and personal Hotel yet with a nice spa area.
Near Binz LB station (but not the main station).
At edge of countryside and very quiet.
Reception is distant from accommodation, but we could leave keys in apartment on departure.
the location is great, and the Thermen are very good, well maintained and quite spacious and clean. Some of the restaurant stuff is rather friendly and efficient. Food is very good.
The food (breakfast buffet, dinner buffet and ala carte options) were all delicious. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. And the hotel is very family friendly.
The apartment is big enough, very clean and equipped with everything one could possibly need. Bed very comfortable. A 15-minute walk to the centre of Binz.
Great hotel in cnetral location of Binz, Parking is possible beside and behind hotel for extra charge. Breakfast has great variety and selection of food.
