The room was large, even by European standards. We had room to move and not bump into walls and furniture. There is a restaurant next door that has a truly traditional Italian dinner which was delicious and fascinating to see and eat. The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. We do not speak Italian but we did not feel remotely misunderstood or unable to communicate; they were charming and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I wish that we had been able to try the omelette that was offered but we filled up on the pastry, fruit, salami, cheese, and yogurt so were too stuffed for more. And as a person with food allergies I loved being able to eat all that was offered. A truly exceptional stay and would choose again in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous location in Tuscany country side, Hard to get to specially at night driving on dirt rood. It is very close to Saturina mineral baths that is why I chose this place to begin with.

Saturnia has been a lovely place to spend a couple of days.
Saturnia has been a lovely place to spend a couple of days. We visited both the official Terme di Saturnia, but also the wilder Cascate del Mulino and enjoyed both (in different ways obviously).
For the Cascate I would suggest going early in the morning on a weekday, so that they are not too crowded. While the official Terme are nice to be enjoyed at any time really, and the ticket to get in is not expensive at all on my opinion.

A relaxing break from the tourist spots around Italy.
A relaxing break from the tourist spots around Italy. Since you have to rent a car to get there we did not encounter many other Americans.
The hot springs is as beautiful and relaxing as the pictures and videos you see on social media.
There’s a quant town (Saturnia) down the road with a handful of restaurants and a beautiful square locals hang out in with the kids.
Also close by is a hot springs resort that you get a discount day pass to with something like 20+ pools and full spa that we spent the day at.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
As a professional photographer it hurts me a little they don’t have pictures that do it justice.

We didn't spend any time in the town of Saturnia because it is small and not much to do after we spent a couple weeks in Venice, Florence, Cinque Terre, and other Tuscan cities. We mostly just relaxed at our Saturnia Tuscany Hotel, the Terme di Saturnia Spa & Resort, and the Saturnia hot springs. It might be the most beautiful place in Tuscany and possibly all of Italy. Visit the hills of Saturnia if you want to relax and enjoy the beauty of what Tuscany is. We spent 3 days and it was completely rejuvenating after a couple weeks of being on-the-go. We also drove which takes the fun and exciting adventure to a whole new level if you are use to driving in the United States.

The Thermal Spa/Golf Resort for an afternoon was enchanting.
The Thermal Spa/Golf Resort for an afternoon was enchanting. The facility was large and reasonably priced. The sandwiches were delicious and the pools varied in temperature. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable, not far from our lodging. The town of Saturnia was quaint and closed up in winter. We dined at DaMario, quality food so worth it!
Beautiful place in a gorgeous courtyard surrounded by greenery and a short drive to both the town of Saturnia and the Saturnia HotSprings. Gianluca was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast included was the best in Italy so far, with a beautiful spread with coffee and juices in the courtyard available to all tenants. The hotsprings were fantastic and our dinner in Saturnia was wonderful with incredible food in a small and beautiful town.
Looks much better than the photos. The room and private bathroom was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The host did not speak English well but she was super friendly and nice. Second floor balcony has excellent views. Breakfast and coffee was amazing. About 10 min drive to Saturnia thermal bath and market nearby. Parking was easy. I will totally stay in this facility again and recommend to anyone going to this area.
Good location, walking distance to Cascate de Molino and main reason we stayed here. The place has everything we need for an overnight stay. Breakfast is ample, with croissant, cheese & ham, plus yogurt, coffee & orange juice. Don’t know her name, she was very helpful in contacting Saturnia de Terme for our transfer pick up.
Perfectly organized hotel. The owner family personally takes care of the well-being of their guests. Our suite was very comfortable and fully furnished. Daily cleaning and you can see that. Welcome gift in the room. Delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our time there and would choose the hotel again at any time.
Gracious hosting by Daniella made for a wonderful stay! We woke up to a splendid breakfast spread looking out to the verdant Tuscan landscape. Located close to the thermal springs in Saturnia, walking trails on undulating hills and picturesque towns of Pitigliano and Montemerano.
Rosetta is as sweet as can be and very attentive to everyone’s need. On top of that she prepares a banquet breakfast with homemade cakes, pies, all sorts of goodies and a monster cappuccino. Definitely will return there for a future visit to the Saturnia thermal spring.
Hotel and baths were amazing! Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room with pool view, reception handled reservations for the Tuscan restaurant on property with a car to take us up at night, and breakfast was our best yet in Italy!
Excellent location & customer service. B&B Terme di Saturnia provided a lot of good recommendations for restaurants, directions to get to both Terme di Saturnia (including discount Coupon) & FREE Cascate del Molino.
The location is breathtaking, secluded and away from everything. Just what we needed. Loved the fact we were so close to the terme di Saturnia. As we drove back at night it was magical to spot the wild boar.
Nice and quiet place very well located near Terme di Saturnia and Bagni del Mulino. Good breakfast. Nice garden and views around. All comfort. A good pizzeria and restaurant at 3 mn by car.
Great location in center of Saturnia. Four mintues by car to Cascate del Mulino. Spacious room, quiet, nice shower, warm room, nice bed and TV. Very kind and helpful host.
