Our company Roca Maura SA, operating in Estartit since 1969, owns and manages tourist accommodations in the Sa Gavina Gaudi complex. Our office opens from Monday to Sunday during business hours in the season from April till September. We do not offer a luggage storage service or refrigerators in the office.

Property info

Self catering accommodation for tourist use with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 5 minutes walk to the Estartit beach and 10 minutes from the shopping center and the port. Community pool with water slide and sun loungers. Free WIFI. Building with elevator. All accommodation units have a balcony or terrace according to reservation. Air conditioning in the living room, not in the bedrooms. In the bedrooms there are 2 single beds (twins), no double bed available. The sheets and towels are arranged folded on arrival on the beds or sofa-bed, without making, they are changed every 7 nights for long stays. Toilet paper, soap, personal hygiene items, or food are not included netiher provided. Maximum 2 pets per apartment and with a supplement of 7 euros per night and animal, clients MUST inform before their arrival if not done before while making the reservation. Animals will never be left locked in any bedroom, balcony or terrace. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the pool. Swimming pool with daytime hours opening depending on the season. People under 18 years of age can only stay if they are accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. Age restriction apply for check in. See specific conditions. Check in is available from 16h till 19h. Please contact in case of arrival later than 19h. Departure and return of keys is at 10 am. Earlier departure is possible. The tourist tax will be paid upon arrival only in cash. There is no charging station for electric cars. It is forbidden to use the accommodation's electricity to charge external devices such as cars, scooters, etc.

Neighborhood info

Residential neighborhood "Salats" in Estartit, where the tourist apartments of the town are located. 10 minutes from the marina and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Outside the building, in the municipal area, there is a playground, ping-pong tables and a basketball hoop, they also have a large soccer field. Agility park for dogs and green area. Free public parking area on the streets sorrouding the building. Given the drought experienced in Catalonia and due to legal imperative, some services associated with the water supply in the apartments and communal facilities may be affected and/or temporarily restricted in 2024. This fact would not entail any type of compensation to guests.
