Beds were super comfortable but other then that the room could’ve been cleaner. Floor was falling apart, furniture was stained, walls peeling of paint, furniture dinged up and falling apart, no table for 2 to eat at in the room and they lock the lobby so you can’t even go in there to eat unless it’s breakfast time, pool was closed and we didn’t know until we got there, breakfast flat out sucked, staff was kinda rude as well, TV options were the worst and very outdated. Looks like they’re trying to update the rooms but it’s falling apart in the process. Could tell they don’t dust or pull furniture out to vacuum or mop. All in all I think the bed was the best thing.

Cherry Hill was nice, plenty of amenities, everything you could need in a small space. Close enough to Philadelphia to make the trip back and forth in the evening without much trouble. The divided highway on 38 can make travel a little difficult, due to having to do loops to make the turns, but it's not too bad. The silver star diner was a great throwback, and people's pizza was a great local place.

The booking said there would be a microwave and mini fridge in room. There was none! They ended up bringing them up to the room after. Also when I asked about the appliance’s I told them that the A/C was not working. They said they would send an engineer to the room. Waited a while , it was to hot so we took our kids to the pool ( which looks nothing like the photo on their website)went back to the room. Still no A/C . Ended up they had no other room to put us in So they brought us 2 oscillating fan’s from the office, and hot cookies! That’s it !! They would not refund me only took money off!! Needless to say we were supposed to stay there for 6 more days. We only stayed one night. Oh and the river view is a joke . You look at a roof and river is like a mile away and you have to look to find it

Under the right circumstances, we would have stayed longer.
Under the right circumstances, we would have stayed longer. Unfortunately, the room we stood in was not up to stander9, nor had it been properly cleaned. The mattresses are very comfortable, the spa tub in the room was a decent size. After I went to the office to voice my concerns, I was not offered another room, nor was I offered a discount on the stay or for another time. Definitely would not recommend nor would I return to that location. Really a bummer....

Everything was good for the most part.
Everything was good for the most part. I know this is not the hotels fault, but the other guests were very noisy. Pulling up to the hotel looked like I was pulling up to the projects. A bunch of people on the balcony smoking weed. The noise did eventually settle. Can't expect a 5 star experience at a 2 star hotel.
The bed wasn't great. The covers provided no warmth or comfort of any kind. The air wasn't working or only blew freezing air even after we raised up to 80 degrees. And the toilet in our room or next door kept making a loud pitch noise throughout the night. The remote control to the tv had corrosion on it from the batteries. These just seem like things an expensive hotel like this one shouldn't have. I was greatly disappointed by this. Definitely had a sour taste after wasting my money here.
Not much I would not stay there again. Holiday inn Voorhees is so much better clean friendly helpful staff. Albert did help me other than that front desk did not have a clue. I stayed Saturday night because I was exhausted but checked out and Albert I hope finally help me with the refund on Sunday night. If the place was cleaner I would have stayed.
I stayed a weekend at this hotel. My husband and I went so he could attend wrestle mania. The hotel was 20 mins await from the arena and conveniently right next to the highway that took us to Philly. The breakfast here was good and I enjoyed the full kitchen and apartment style rooms. It felt like a home away from home.
We have been coming to this hotel for the past 20 years , The hotel changed management a few years ago and was remodelled and is modern in design super comfortable beds clean room and friendly staff.
There was a manager making rounds daily and making sure all our needs were taken care of .
Room - Good, Breakfast - Good, Bed - Good. Overall it was a good stay. I almost cancelled this location because it was the same company that managed the hotel I stayed from 20 - 22nd. in Niagara Falls Canada. Howard Johnson. I'm happy I didn't cancel the reservation.
The hotel location near east side of Philadelphia is accessible and felt safe. I wasn't expecting much, so I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the property, amenities that were provided and helpfulness of staff.
The staff was extremely pleasant! At check in we were informed of local places to take the kids & best place for take out! Staff was the best part of this hotel. Had great space for our family of five without feeling crowded.
The check-in process was quite easy. The hotel didn't keep any security deposit. The rooms were clean and peaceful. There's a good jogging track nearby. We enjoyed the fresh waffles in the breakfast.
The hotel is in a very good area. There are alot of shopping areas nearby, including Cherry Hill Mall, Also Cooper River Park is nearby. The location is great and highways are easily accessible.
There was no breakfast.. And the air conditioning screens were FILTHY/DIRTY!!! And I thought I booked a room with Jacuzzi, but I had to pay $50 dollars more for room with Jacuzzi.
The bed was very comfortable and I so appreciated the extra pillows. Nice TV, plenty of room, good lighting in the bathroom. I definitely would stay at your hotel again.
