The location of the hotel is in the immediate vicinity of all important tourist locations in that part of the city. Kudos to the staff working there, they are extremely professional and friendly. I especially liked that the staff takes care of the details, and they try to increase the comfort of the guests. I will definitely return to this hotel.

First of all, location is very good, you can reach the most popular sightseeings easily, there is a metro and train close to hotel and no need to use taxi at all. There are shops everywhere, if you want to do shopping. Secondly hotel is clean and breakfast is good. Hotel staff always smile to you, reception (Mr.Evren and I forgot others name) , housekeeper and all staff (for example Mr.Tufan and others) doing their best to help you, if you need any support. Mr.Cemal is one of the staff there and he is good person, loves to help guests. Director of hotel - Mr.Zafer is indeed gentleman, great person and very kind with guests, he has very good discipline in the hotel and always smile and ask your feedback about hotel which is very good approach to improve hotel service. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will see great service here, just try to stay here and use this service.

Every staff here is super nice! Everything is good! They are caring and detailed, a day before I arrived they messaged me for the arrival time, taxi and parking requirement. And they are very kind and helpful ,especially Mr. Salah, Mr. Halit and Mr. Alren, and here’s the only place in Istanbul I’ve been to without language barriers for international travelers, many of them are in higher English levels (Mr. Salah can even speak 5 languages ). Would like to stay here again if I travel to Istanbul again.

The location is great, right near the Grand Bazaar, and close to the Beyazit stop on the tram line. It was easy to get everywhere and easy to walk to the main sites in Sultanahmet. The staff was helpful and received our missing luggage from the airport. The rooms were nice and clean including the bathrooms. The breakfast was good. The area is in the garment district so the stores are closed at night which threw us upon arrival but the area was great.
