Location is right at the foot of the Flatiron mountains. Incredible views and right at the trail head. It got a little crowded in the parking lot which causes a little traffic, but manageable. Interesting cottages, pleasant surprise. Close to downtown and many activities.

Everything about this historic hotel was wonderful. Beautiful, large room. Fresh flowers and chocolates were an unexpected surprise. Restaurants were good. Two sinks - one inside bathroom - another one in room was great. Overall a very nice stay.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were average size, very quiet and clean. Location is great - close to campus, restaurants, Target and shopping.

Nice location about 10-15 min walk from anything on Pearl Street. Fire pit was a nice place to chill out at night (it closes at 10pm) and they had a small bar where you could buy local beers. We didn't hang out in the common area, but it looked nice. Wifi was good.

Clean, affordable, friendly staff and right on the bus line which helped me get around. Appreciated the staff letting me leave my bags while I went for a hike after checkout. Positive vibes all around. The biscuits at breakfast were excellent to boot.
