The room and bathroom were bigger than the standard Japanese hotel and both are cleaned everyday. We found our plushies arranged in a cute way by the house keepers, it made us laugh. Public area like lobby and toilet were also kept clean. Location was perfect, it was only 5 minute walk to the Shinsaibashi shopping district and Dotonbori but away from the loud area of the street so we had no problem with noise. Familymart was just 2 buildings away next to the hotel. If I could stay longer in this hotel, I would love to!

The interior and exterior of the hotel is so pretty. I love that everytime I enter the lobby it smells good. It is just few minutes walk to the Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonburi and I love that it is also few minutes walk to the train station. The staff are all friendly and our room is cleaned well everyday. I immediately recommended tye hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel had a very nice lobby and restroom lobby, with a great location only being a 5 minute or less from the nearest subway station. Finding the hotel was easy and having many restaurants around it is another plus for this location. The price was very budget friendly considering the level of comfort in our beds and the hotel's location. The restroom was a very good size and you had a decent view. The staff was also very very helpful (specially when we needed help for a particular situation to contact previous hotels) and were great at allowing luggage storage. The breakfast although not included, is great for a buffet style with enough options and taste. You also have the Shinsaibashi shopping center which makes your 8-10 minute walk to Dotonbori much easier and enjoyable. Would consider staying again for its great location.

I loved the location and aesthetic of the hotel. Where was located near shopping districts, the train station and some restaurants. Staff were also super friendly and some trilingual which was a big benefit. For the price that we paid I think it was well worth it!

Hotel nearby have many things to see. It's a walking distance to dotonbori. They even have free cleansing oil, fash wash etc at the lobby for guests to take. The room is really small but for the price you can't expect much.

Its just a few walk in the busy street of shinsaibashi and dotonbori. There’s also a family mart beside the property and some restaurants just across. Also this is near the subways.

Location is very excellent, close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi only 3-5 mins walking. Staffs are very nice but the room size is quite small but not the issue. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm back to visit Osaka next time.
