Upgraded to junior suite - very thankful! Big bathroom, narrow but more than adequate living/kitchen/dining room, very large bedroom. Super clean. Large shower which did *not* tend to splash into the rest of the bathroom. Nice large porcelain tiling in bathroom, single sheet of tempered glass for backsplash in kitchen which is great cuz to my mind the less grout the better...nice mini bar and great tea selection. The building being built as post office in ~1937 is built like a concrete tank. Very quiet. Quiet area a quick few blocks from the Octogon and surrounds.

I visited the Farmers Market which was fun. I also had a takeaway meal of blue cod, oysters and homemade chips from Best Cafe. The meal was amazing.
I visited a part of the Botanic gardens which was lovely and watched a women’s rugby game at Opoho, just above the Gardens. We were treated to beautiful weather and a large flocks of wood pigeons!

It was very cold, but luckily it didn't rain and where we've stayed our heatpump was amazing. Dunedin is beautiful with very old beautiful buildings and lots of noisy students walking in the main streets until very late talking very loud and kicking rubbish bins.

St Clair beach good places to stay and eat. Easy city to get around.
Friendly people. Beautiful buildings and good shopping with helpful people. All round a lovely city, just don't stay at On Top backpackers and get ripped off. Not what I paid for/ promised by Booking.Com.
This hotel is unique. Room was beautiful, finished with high quality materials and great taste. Location is also convenient. But what is really rare and made this room so special: air conditioning was really quiet. I cannot stand any noise at night (picky client) and first time I could sleep with air condition on! I would say that Ebb Dunedin is rather expensive but there is great value for this price, it is exceptional place on NZ accomodation map. Highly recommended.
everything in this apartment is high end and luxury in a historical building!
love the furniture and interior design! full of Victorian character!
love the food, coffee and tea provided.
Dan is a great host! we had a little problem with the microwave in one of the evenings. after messaged Dan, he rang me immediately and had Andrew came and fixed it in a minute! that was incredible! Bell Hill apartment is the highlight of our Dunedin trip!
I booked Bluestone on George as Fable, my normal Dunedin hotel, was booked out. I didn’t have any particular expectations, but I was wowed by how immaculately clean Bluestone is, with quality fittings. Fantastic location that’s an easy walk to Forsyth Barr stadium and an ideal spot for family visiting student children in North Dunedin. My 4th floor room had an incredible view and I like the way the property is set back from the road.
The stuff was super sweet and friendly and they are easy to reach. The hotel is clean and well stuffed. A lot of parking space! It is in a pretty and quiet neighbor hood and walking distance to the busy town. We parked the car and toured the area by foot. Close to everything and a lot of super nice restaurants especially Japanese and other Asian restaurants. We recommend this place and will come back to stay again.
Staff very welcoming. We chose valet parking and all went very smoothly. Welcome tea on arrival was a lovely touch. Bar downstairs has great ambience and staff were exceptional and professional but warm and friendly also. We are in Dunedin on a regular basis and will make this our go to hotel. Definitely staying again!

It was a great location next to the Settlers Museum and historic train station. Within a few blocks of lots of restaurants and shopping. The free parking was a convenience and with everything so close, we walked everywhere.
The hotel had a very nice lounge overlooking the street where I worked on my computer.
great location walking distance to centre of Dunedin.
stayed in the large two bedroom suite.
modern mini home.
quiet even with NYE celebrations happening around town.
SMS received first thing next morning to see what we needed done for the room as this was a self check hotel with no staff on site.
Great communication with John before and during our stay. Great sized bathroom and washer/dryer helped sort out our 'holiday clothes', After mastering the steep hills we did enjoy a great meal at the Cable Hotel literally down the hill. Local shops a bonus. Outlook great and felt very private.
This is our favourite hotel in Dunedin due to its location, facilities & hospitality. The staff has always been amazing. Mike even let us check in very early (10ish) as soon as we got to Dunedin city from the airport. Thanks heaps Mike. Hugely appreciated!!!...
This hotel and staff are one of the best accommodation spots that I have stayed in Dunedin . Booked a small room and they up graded me to a bigger room no additional cost . Breakfast great staff and owners are lovely .
The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good for us, getting to places of interest easily. The bed was comfortable. Recommend to family visiting Dunedin.
"A hotel with a unique design and layout, spacious and clean rooms, also ample parking space. Its location is also very strategic, right in the city center and directly across from a shopping mall."
Great CBC location & central to everything.
A basic somewhat old fashion Hotel from Art Deco - Edwardian era, very comfortable but not posh.
WE highly recommend the Law Courts Hotel.
Everything about the room and the hotel was great, location comfort, space, accessories for the room. Location to central district was great for walking to meetings, shopping, food.
I had an enjoyable couple of days in Dunedin. The hotel was close to the places I wanted to visit and parking was a bonus. Staff were friendly and I had no complaints. Thank you.
Years ago we stayed at the Hotel del Coranado, where "Some Like It Hot" was filmed...Majestic Mansions is smaller, but has the same graceful Victorian charm...simple elegance
