Place was lovely. Right in the heart of it all, everything is super walkable and close , but tucked nicely enough that with the AC on we did not hear any noise from any bars.
Beds were comfy, room was quite nice, staff was great. We will stay here again if we return!
Most places on the island have low scores, so we had low expectations but hoped spending a little more would pay off, and it did!

Koh Phi Phi is a bustling little island packed with all...
Koh Phi Phi is a bustling little island packed with all sorts of holiday makers from the backpacking community through to high end hotel guests. There are characterful little lanes filled with food vendors, restaurants and other shops and stalls and in the evening the bars and evening activities kick into action and carry on until the small hours. There are beautiful beaches and also endless possibilities of boat travel round the island and other close bye sights. Very busy, very lively and very beautiful.

Phi Phi Island is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. Island hopping on a long tail boat and snorkeling at Maya Bay was an amazing experience. I would visit Phi Phi Island again if I could.

Absolute paradise. Lives up to the hype.
Absolute paradise. Lives up to the hype. The water is turquoise and crystal clear. Get out on a day boat trip, see bamboo island and you’ll never want to leave. And while you’re here, eat at the “Thai Duck Restaurant”. I went back and ate there 4 times while on the island. Get the duck soup!

Really beautiful island with some amazing viewpoints.
Really beautiful island with some amazing viewpoints. Great for people who want to party as there is lots of lively bars. If you are looking to relax I wouldn’t recommend as most of the activities include alcohol.
The island overall is very walkable and there is some great food spots.

Beautiful island, beaches and waters. Expensive .
Beautiful island, beaches and waters. Expensive .
Enjoyed walking into town from my hotel. It’s a difficult walk up and down hills. A lot of rubbish around.
Snorkelling was fab. Don’t a tour, get it from the beach yourself.
Tattoos food and drink expensive in town.
Cosmic restaurant just ok.

The location and the staff were more than awesome. The reception took care about everything (unfortunately, I don't remember her name). The location is the best, just 5 minutes walk from the pier and from the beach, in front of the hotel there is a street market with lots of delicious food. The beds were big and comfortable, but unfortunately, too close to each other. This accommodation is pretty affordable comparing to the other accommodations on the island, so as someone said in the comments - you get what you paid for.
I don't think you could find a better hotel on the island, we was lucky enough to have a room that we could walk straight out onto the pool or if you wished walk another 30m to the beach. Absolutely stunning views. This hotel is classed as only 3 stars, why I can't understand because while I was on phi phi I looked at other hotels that were 4**** and they didn't come close. I would 100% recommend it and I'm already looking at staying here again.
Oh by the way phi phi islands is the closest I've ever been to paradise
The hotel is located at the center of the island, close to a variety of restaurants and a cluster of grocery stores including 7-11. Access to both Ton Sai and Loh Dalum beaches was convenient. Our room wasn't that big but it was still very clean and the bed was comfortable nonetheless, The hotel isn't too far from the pier but there was a staff member waiting for us at the pier who carried our luggage to the hotel in a cart. The staff were friendly overall and wi-fi speed was excellent.
Very nice location by the beach, and a short walk to the pier and local market. The staff is friendly and seem to be doing their best. They offer a private longtail boat trip which is very highly recommended, that was easily the highlight of our stay on the island. Also super affordable laundry service for a hotel.
The restaurant which is part of the hotel has great thai food options, an incredible sea view and good prices when compared to other restaurants along the coast.
Felt like we were in paradise! Everything was super easy. The hotel let us know as soon as we booked, how to book the ferry to and from. The beach was so beautiful & peaceful. Excellent place to stay to relax, unwind & explore the Phi Phi Islands. The staff were very friendly and attentive, it was very simple to book a day trip around the islands via long tail through reception and the price was fair. Breakfast was great and the food at the hotel was surprisingly delicious!
One of the big problem when you arrive at or leave from Phi Phi is that there is no transportation in this island. It becomes a big hassle to carry all the luggages from the pier to whatever hotel/resort you are staying in. Andaman provides you with FREE luggage carriers who would collect your luggages and reach them to either the hotel/pier. Beside this, there are many good nearby restaurants for good food. Very close to the beach. Has a very good and accessible pool.
This hotel was incredible. the private beach is spectacular with incredible snorkeling right next to the beach. The sunsets from the water are the best I have ever seen. The staff are friendly and helpful. We hope to go back again. You can even walk to town from the hotel otherwise they offer boats to and from town. Also, I suggest booking a private taxi to visit the island. We took a four-hour tour and it was amazing and just 2800 bth.
The view was amazing. The location was good, plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The pool was good with a nice view. The room had air con and a fridge.
The staff were super friendly. They met us at the pier and took our baggage to and from the hotel. We also booked our ferry off the island from them.
I informed the staff that it was my honeymoon and they put flowers and towel swans on the bed 👌
I'd say it's more of a 2 star bungalow hotel rather than a resort. It's a quiet location at the end of the main beach, about a 15min walk into the town so you get a bit of both worlds, nature and things to do. The air-con bungalows have a nice sea view through the trees. You can also walk to Long Beach or take a taxi boat to other parts of the islands. Friendly staff.
The staff were extremely friendly from the moment we stepped in and always tried to help and make us happy.
For example when I asked somebody at the hotel where I can book a ferry he took me in the main road to show me a specific place with good prices.
And although the hotel had many downsides the location was perfect and probably the best on the island.
The hotel is great, but the location is problematic.
If you plan to stay only at the hotel you’ll have an amazing time, but to get anywhere else on the island you have to take a longtail boat that costs at least 300/400 baht per person and takes half an hour, which makes getting around very difficult.
The location is great. The hotel is located far enough to avoid the downtown chaos and close enough to walk to everything. The rooms are beautiful and the gardens are lovely. You can also find great food at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet is great.
Great place to stay on Phi Phi islands! The hotel is located centrally near all the shops and cafes, only 5 min walk to the beach. It was freshly renovated and looks fantastic. The staff was also lovely. Great value for money. We would return again!
The view was amazing and the hotel was a 10 min walk from the ferry pier. This made it easy for us to book tours to the islands. The reception staff did their best to check us in earlier as we had a tour booked and this was really appreciated.
Great location, tidy and clean rooms. The food & staff in the restaurant were great! The pool was great and felt lucky as not many hotels have them on the island.
