Several options given for continental style breakfast to help yourself to. Nice touch with fresh fruit left in fridge and home made muesli. Appreciated the convenience of accessing accomodation. Easy parking to one side of house outside accomodation side entry. Nice modern dwelling and facilities. Good option to have use of the owner's pool (we weren't there long enough to make use of this). Nice and comfy lounge to sit in for several people with big screen TV to make use of. Good value for money overall, even though half an hour from our plans in Hamilton.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was exactly what we were expecting from the photos. The bed was comfy and it had everything we needed. Robyn and her husband were so friendly, and the breakfast they served was our favorite we had during our entire 12 days in New Zealand. No joke! Her husband's flat white was our absolute favorite, and we drank a lot of them during our trip! It was a great location for our tours at Hobbiton and the glow worm caves. I can't recommend this B&B enough.
