She explained everything at the beginning, gave her best recommendations, and was always at service. The accommodation was super clean, well prepared, and warmed-up (it was winter). Also, we got a catalog with needed information about Nassfeld, including a ski map. The size of the apartment is just what it should be, and it got all that you need (towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo). The bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable, the living room is cozy. The bathroom is also very clean and has floor heating. The location is excellent at 100 meter from the center of the town and about 10 minutes by car from Nassfeld ski area. There are grocery stores and some restaurants in the neighborhood. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was phenomenal, featuring an extensive selection of dishes that surpassed anything I've encountered elsewhere. The room, especially the bathroom, was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, with exceptionally comfortable beds ensuring a restful night's sleep. The owners were incredibly friendly. If you're planning a visit to Hermagor, this is by far the best accommodation in the area.

Alpine style hotel with sauna, restaurant and bar, excellent traditional food from local sources and it’s own farm. Comfortable apartments, amazing hosts. Very quiet for a good night sleep after the day on the slopes. 15 mins walk to the Hermagor centre and 15 mins car ride to the Millennium Express gondola lift. Map location shows the intersection, you need to drive about 150m to east. It took us about 10 minutes to find a place as we arrived late evening at dark :-) Very good communication from the host. Although I'm not a friend of not meeting the host, but it becomes more and more standard I guess due to Covid.

The house has a traditional alpin style, you have the feeling to live in an Alm in the mountins. Near the buildig there is a stable with cattles and calves. You can buy local milk products. Inside the apartman is convinient, well equipped. The central parking place of Nassfeld ski area is close to the accomodation.
