The updates to the room were nice. It had an overall cottage-like feel with the exposed brick. Large, updated bathroom. Upon arrival the room was nice a clean. The staff was also very nice whenever we interacted with them.

Staff, owners, and facilities were top rate. We really enjoyed them all. The only downside was small bathroom, but as the Inn was an old house remodeled by the current owners, they have done an amazing job. The interior’s of the main house and the rooms is first rate. Owners Steve and John are very friendly, and as was all of the staff. The location couldn’t be better.
Gananoque is always so lovely! It was a little sleepy with not much going on in April (compared to summer). Love Joel Stone park. Fun to check out the flea market, and boutiques. There is a great forested area near the marina we walked in, but no official trails. I wish City cruises took the opportunity to run cruises the weekend we were there (only ran a cruise in eclipse Monday, and following weekend even though a lot of visitors in town this weekend for eclipse). Great indian restaurant (1000 curries) on King street, and enjoyed great sunset views from Muskie Jack Pub.

Wonderful little town.
Wonderful little town. People are friendly and the place is clean. They take great care of their corner of the world. Beautiful facilities and parks. Small downtown had plenty of shops & restaurants, Sidewalks were clear and well kept. We had a great time and will return in the summer when the season is really humming.

The breakfast was inadequate.
The breakfast was inadequate. There were NO cereals and NO fruit. Breakfast came ALL ON ONE PLATE-including the toast! Coffee came IN A MUG!. Tea was hot water in a pot with a teabag sitting on top! I had brought porridge (oatmeal) with me but I wasn't allowed to get it cooked for me, or put it myself into a microwave.

Lovely little town to explore for couple of days.
Lovely little town to explore for couple of days. Scenic location and great walks. Boat trips couple of minutes walk away. Interesting free museum to visit. We were there in mid Sept and place was very much winding down . Limited choice of boat trips , boat museum closed and many cafes/shops closed.

First and foremost, the natural beauty of Gananoque is simply breathtaking. Nestled amidst the stunning Thousand Islands region, the charm of Gananoque extends beyond its natural wonders. The town itself is a delightful blend of historic architecture, quaint shops, and friendly locals. One of the standout experiences in Gananoque is, of course, the boat tour through the Thousand Islands. Cruising through these emerald waters while learning about the history and folklore of the area is an unforgettable adventure. In conclusion, my visit left me with cherished memories.

Incredible waterfront and beach, artsy downtown with nice restaurants historic feel good shopping and parks. Cute marina. Bike friendly, lots to do. Good coffee. Good place to bring kids. Hiking trails around town, lots of public washrooms. Would definitely go back with kids in summer. The beach is tiny but beautiful with playground, washrooms. Splash pad and soft sand.
After an Personal and warm welcome the owner walked us to our room. In the evening we explored the gorgeous little town Gananoque. The location of the hotel is perfect - you can reach everything by foot. The Dinner recommendations we got at the hotel where on point. We loved the hotel room - the USB sockets are great to charge your mobile device! The towels and linen are very high in quality. And the breakfast cooler in the morning is such a great idea :)
Room had mold on the walls, room smelt musty. We did get a refund from the hotel for our stay , however because we booked through bookings.com we did not get back the portion we paid through the booking with booking.com.
So the hotel did there due diligence, however your kinda stuck if you don’t like a property as this booking site won’t refund you if you had a terrible experience.
Perfect quiet location on the 1000 Island Parkway, good enough breakfast. The room was heated (much appreciated as the weather turned very cold and rainy). There was an HDMI cable that came in handy.
The staff were very attentive and helpful.
The B&B is steps away from the Landon Bay hiking trails. Very close to Gananoque without actually being in the town itself.
Everything. Plenty to do with in walking distance. The staff at the B&B and the pub were the friendliest people that went out of their way to accommodate everyone. The breakfast that was served every morning was just incredibly. We will definitely return every chance we get. Thank you everyone for making our state such a pleasurable experience.
Ruby Manor is a great choice of place to stay in Gananoque. It's close to everything - within walking distance to town and several great restaurants. Michael is a delightful host, friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and well kept. The sitting area was large and quite comfortable. We enjoyed playing pool!
The inn and the grounds are lovely; we ate our breakfast outdoors as a hummingbird buzzed about the flowers. The staff and owners were friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again. It was an easy and pleasant walk to the Thousand Islands Theater through a very nice neighborhood.
Easily within walking distance to the center of Gananoque and the Thousand Islands Playhouse. Breakfast was scrumptious; a fresh fruit bowl, yogurt and granola, choice of omelette, eggs, bacon, sausage, Eggs Benedict, pancakes with maple syrup, three jams, coffee or tea. Best B&B breakfast ever!
Your stay will be a travel back in time, surrounded by antiques, the smell of fresh cut flowers from EnglisH garden, High tea in afternoon and enjoying brief conversations with other guests. No one should miss this experience- Lynn and Jack Keating, Richmond Hill, Ontario
The Chrysler House is located in a terrific area in downtown Gananoque. Close to everything and very beautiful. Our room was large, styled after the era that the house was built in and had an A/C unit in the window that understood it's assignment.
We liked the outdoor pool, outdoor tables, outdoor green space. We were there under covid restrictions so no breakfast or other indoor activities were available under the Ontario rules.
We've seen some animals, which was fun for the kids.
The atmosphere and style of the hotel. The fire in the reception area was very homely and inviting. I lost the keys to my suitcase, and the staff were amazing and found tools and opened it!
The location is good, even though couple hundred meters away from "downtown".
Room is spacious and illuminating as it uses pot lights.
The sound-proof is good compared to most of the inns.
great location. Peter and Colin were great hosts with lots of useful tips. Breakfast was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again, the next time we’re in Gananoque
Breakfast - coffee EXCELLENT - Nice continental style - check in easy - parking great - nice area King St.
