From the security to the kitchen staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The place is so clean! The food was also delicious, their fruit was fresh, which is never the case at most places.

Nothing except the WiFi connection. Place is dirty and run down. What is advertised on the website is not what you find on the premises. Lies only.

I grew up in East London & completed my schooling there.
I grew up in East London & completed my schooling there. Very family oriented city with lots to do, beautiful beaches, sporting activities & several shopping malls with a variety of shops & restaurants.
The breakfast was superb and vegetarian options were specially provided. The owner and her daughter welcomed us and made us feel right at home, like old family. The home is beautiful and furnished with antiques and works of art. We had a private spacious deck overlooking the Nahoon River. The shady garden is lovely and the swimming pool would be a great plus in summer. Secure parking is available. I would definitely stay here again on any future visit to East London. Baie dankie, Ansa en Ilsa vir julle gasvryheid!
Such a lovely/friendly host. This lady is a true gem! Even gave my husband and I Easter eggs on Easter day 😊
Loved the privacy and how clean everything was. Thanks Michelle we loved staying with you and will definitely stay with you next time we find ourselves in East London!
The breakfast was lovely and the cook was very friendly and helpful. The team at the hotel was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. It was our first time staying there and we will definitely stay there again. Great value for money.
Great value for money - clean, tidy and quiet. Lovely and safe suburb and close to shops and mall. Would recommend to someone needing a few nights accommodation in East London - was booked for guests attending a wedding.
I would like to say I loved the property, surrounded by nature, quiet, peaceful and serene, the host Annetjie was very welcoming and accommodating, will definitely be staying there if and when I'm in East London.
The spacious rooms with great Seaview. Big open windows to enjoy the breeze. Easily accessible parking and restaurant facilities within walking distance from the hotel. Great staff at reception.
I loved everything, from the warm welcoming from the receptionist. The beautiful neat and tidy yard. Secure parking and comfortable beds.

I love the personal experience one gets when you check-into the apartment after a long day. It does not give a hotel-vibe...I prefer the homely/apartment-feel it gives
I like the sea view from the room and the room was so spacious. Location is also perfect.. The hotel itself is so beautiful from the reception to the rooms.
The place is closer to the beach, and the Blue Lagoon Hotel is a 5-minute walkway. It is nice and quiet. Very good for an escape from all the city noise.
