Cancellation policy: Except in cases of emergency, 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment or the 50% amount of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.

Late Policy: Please note that for late arrivals, the appointment will still finish at the time agreed upon beforehand, and you will be charged for the full appointment time.
