I stayed 2 nights in a twin bed room with a friend. We have an amazing experience here and enjoyed superb hospitality from the manager (My), receptionist (Hanh) and the rest of the team too. Breakfast starts at 6.30am ,Good spread at the breakfast with a mix of local and international food. They have an alacarte menu too where you can order eggs or pho. . Hotel staff is always ready to help you move across street (very helpful, considering how busy this street can get in the morning).

We liked the room settings, quietness, the hotel location, and the entire hotel staff and services were exceptional. The staff made us feel safe and at home. Shout out to Ms. NIH, and to the room service supervisor, and the Sky bar staff. The Spa, restaurant food, and the sky bar were also outstanding. Hanoi is very relaxed and interesting city. the people were nice and friendly. Old quarter's vibe is not only for the younger generation but also for the older ones. There's a lot to discover and still many sites to see. New quarter is a place where I didn't expect because its really different from the old quarter. I thought I was in a different country. I hope I can come back and would like to stay longer. One of the nicest cities Ive been to,

We like walkable cities and though the old quarter is convoluted and can be disorienting on initial encounter it is very walkable. By the second day we had gained considerable confidence in navigating to our destinations. We taxied to the Tran Quick Pagoda early in the morning, then spent the day leisurely strolling back to Hotel Souriant on foot. Delightful.

The traffic was crazy, took a day or two to get used to that. As long as you cross the road without hestitation you wont get run over, the motor scooters will drive around you. Dont try it with the cars!!! Air very poor quality, no blue sky, so if you suffer from asthma make sure you have plenty of medication. Hotel arranged overnight trip to Hanoi, was great. People very very friendly, and food just devine. Apple, you are amazing, you were so welcoming, fun, full of advice and we loved it that you told us where to eat and how to get to places. I will really miss you!!!

Hanoi, a city that pulsates with energy and history, left an indelible mark on my heart during my recent visit. From the vibrant chaos of the Old Quarter to the serene beauty of Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi is a captivating blend of old-world charm and modern dynamism. Exploring its labyrinthine streets, I discovered hidden temples, bustling markets, and mouthwatering street food stalls at every turn.
The city's rich cultural heritage is palpable, evident in its ornate pagodas, colonial architecture, and lively traditions. Each encounter with the warm and welcoming locals offered insights into Vietnamese customs and way of life, leaving me with cherished memories.

Hanoi is a huge city with a billion scooters.
Hanoi is a huge city with a billion scooters. You can hear constant noise and hustle. There is definitely too little greenery. People are very money-oriented. There are cockroaches everywhere and stray dogs. There is plenty to see, but two weeks is definitely too much for this city. Buses don't always run according to schedules. It's hard to find a taxi during the rain.

Beautiful & cultural, walked around the majority of places, tried the open top bus tour, the night market was fun, food & drink was enjoyable. We found majority places very reasonable.
We didn't realise how busy the place was with mopeds.
Saw some beautiful sights
The Hanoi Lheritage Hotel was a great base as I explored Hanoi and the north of Vietnam. Conveniently located at the edge of the Old Quarter, I never had a problem being picked up by your buses or taxis. James at the front desk was incredibly helpful and always took good care of me. I had the chance to stay in both a superior room and a suite with balcony. The superior room was small and might be quite cramped for 2 people with large suitcases, but was perfect for just me. It faced the internal atrium and was well sheltered from the noisy city
The hotel is set in the old quarter and is conveniently situated for visits to this and the French quarter. The breakfast was very good. The whole hotel is exceptionally clean and most of the staff are more than attentive ..reception staff are so helpful as are the bell boys .. my taxi to the airport was late as it had been given the wrong address by the dispatcher.. this was nothing to do with the hotel but about 4 staff helped me and resolved the situation.. they were truly exceptional and kind ..it’s a great base for exploring Hanoi.
Hotel was very clean and much more luxurious than others we had stayed in in Hanoi.
The staff were all very helpful, and helped us with any questions about the area, organised our late night airport taxis, and booked a very last minute day trip for us that turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.
Buffet breakfast was good and there was a decent selection, though not the best we had in Vietnam it does the job.
Hotel was in a great location right on the centre of Old Quarter, and felt very safe and we felt taken care of.
This is a great place to stay in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. On the weekends the walk only zone is literally on your doorstep! The hotel is small and the staff look after your every need and are extremely friendly. Mike reached out to us even before we arrived to offer any assistance we needed. While we at the hotel Mike and the other staff were fast with service and so friendly! The whole place is spotlessly clean and the breakfast is great, with made to order items as well as the best spring rolls we had in Hanoi!
Hands down the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam! The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location between the old quarter and lake and the French quarter. The breakfast was delicious with lots of Vietnamese and Western options. We also tried out the spa and had a very relaxing massage.
The best part of the Bendecir hotel though is their staff - everyone there was so incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange a trip to Ha Long bay, gave lots of tips and a great value trip.
Great place to stay in Hanoi's old quarter which seems to has been renovated just recently.. Room was nice and spacious incl all amenities. Staff was very kind and caring and they'd go above and beyond for customers satisfaction. One could see that COVID hit the Vietnamese tourism industry hard and now there's big competition. Anyway, can recommend the hotel unconditionally and wish them and their staff the best of luck. PS: Breakfast is a plus (Continental and Asian breakfast)
The hotel is fantastic. Our room had a small window and this is a luxury in Hanoi old quarter. The location is perfect, the room was super clean and QUIET, the bed really comfy and the staff was welcoming. Special mention to Justin who made us feel super special. The lady at the reception gave us the best recommendation for Bun Cha. Unfortunaly we couldn't have breakfast because we left too early, and the staff made sure that we had some food to take away. Just brilliant.
This was our second stay in this hotel (hotel was so good for first night in Hanoi, that we booked it also for our last nights in Hanoi). Hotel is very comfortable (especialy beds), breakfast is very good with very large posibility of choice of food, view of the city is exceptional from breakfast room. Staff was very friendly and helpful and location of hotel is perfect - just in the middle of old quarter. This hotel was the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam.
5*all the way. We were looking for a luxury hotel in center Hanoi Old Quarter and near Hoan Kiem Lake, then Aquarius Premium Hotel met our requirements. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist any concerns. Room was well-designed, luxury and spacious. It's walkable to everywhere, close to the train street coffee, local restaurants and tourist spots. A new hotel with the grand opening price was very good too. Highly recommend!
Great location in the Old Quarter. The manager was very nice. We met her as we were waiting for a ride after checking out. This hotel had just reopened, so they were short-staffed and doing their best. I'm sure once Vietnam fully reopens and they can hire more staff things will get even better. This is a good street to be on if you want to be in a lively environment. Expect some noise at night anywhere in Hanoi.
My husband and I stayed at the Luxury Old Quarter Hotel for 4 nights, our first time in Vietnam. The hotel staff is world class. They helped us with bookings, transportation, etc. They even called our tour company for us when the tour was a little late to pick us up. . If you want the best value, book a stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed.
We stayed on two separate occasions at Hanoi Amorita in our recent trip to Vietnam. The staff were all outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were comfortable, especially when we had a room with a balcony, beautiful! They helped us organise airport transfers and excursions and the hotel was in an amazing location in the old quarter.
My stay at a Hanoi gem was a delight. A warm welcome and exceptional Vietnamese cuisine made it special. Exploring the vibrant Old Quarter, guided by the hotel's local tips, added cultural immersion. Attentive service and a central location made for an unforgettable experience. The front services team went above and beyond my expectations.
The hotel lies in quiet area of hanoi, which we preciated very much. After that we stayed in the old quarter it was a big relief.
The service was excellent, as well breakfast and style of the furnitures.
Nothing to complain..we would stay again in this hotel.
Our best stay in hanoi.
The rooms and beds are excellent and well-cleaned daily. It is a luxury hotel and its location is in the Old Town central , so you can have access to the stores and restaurants. Moreover, it is located in Old quarter which is the center of Hanoi for any venue you would like to visit.
Best boutique hotel to stay in Hanoi, it has a central location in old quarter close to all main attractions and many good restaurant. The hotel has a great, beutiful room and Staff are amazing and extremely helpful to ensure your stay never goes wrong.
Wonderful customer service from all staff we had communication with, the excellent breakfast choice and excellent location made this trip wonderful. I will certainly recommend this as a number one choice 5 star hotel to stay at in hanoi old quarter.
Victor Metropolis Hotel & Rooftop bar is best boutique 4 stars hotel in Hanoi Old quarter that's wonderful location. Their staffs was super friendly - elegance. Our room was nice decoration, very clean. We're highly recommending *****
