The hotel is in an excellent location close to the center of city . The staff at reception were very helpful and and accommodating and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything is perfect, Rami from reception is very helpful. Salah from bar gave us everything we need and chef Mohammad shaheen from buffet is very professional and the food is very tasty. Originally I was booked into the Falcon Hills, with the expectation of a cheap hotel but was disappointed, left after one night. recommended to the Tivoli and was delighted with my room, the service was excellent, housekeeping, restaurant and bars. Mr. Moussa at reception made check in very easy and was extremely helpful.
