There were last-minute changes in the apartment due to some structural problem, so practically I did not stay in the property I was booked but in a different apartment. Therefore this rating may be not accurate for this specific apartment.
The property was very conveniently situated close to the city center. It was nice and clean and the host was very helpful. The apartment was much smaller than the one booked but it was comfortable for one person for this trip.

Local business man started a shoe factory. The business was very successful, more and more business came to the city.
The city size was at its best just before the war with 140 000 habitants.
The 2nd WW was not a brilliant time for the city who sent most of the business families (Jewish) to concentration camp.
Post 2nd WW, the city produced Bicycles, TV and radio for the mother URSS.
The city architecture is interesting and very well renovated.
Small university, beautiful church and pedestrian esplanade and only a few bars (cozy and friendly) and a handful of restaurants.
Currently the city is a growing nicely from an industrial point of view. From metal sheet, furniture, electrical appliance, plastic, heavy industry, ...
The apartment is in an excellent location. Lake, pedestrian boulevard, city center, university, supermarkets, cafes, shopping center, museums, bus and railway stations - everything is very close. Transport interchange is also very convenient. The owners of the apartment are wonderful people who organized our stay in Siauliai at the highest level. I can safely recommend this apartment for a short or long trip to Siauliai, as it has all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay. Next time I will definitely book this apartment.
The hotel and restaurant are in a lovely rural setting yet close to the Hill of Crosses and Siauliai. My room was large and comfortable. Both of my meals in the restaurant were delicious. The property includes some small ponds, basketball/tennis/soccer court, and whimsical swing set equipment. The staff were all helpful and personable.

Good location - just outside the town, easy to drive to town. Good sound isolation. Very good breakfast - included sandwiches, yogurt, juice, coffee, hot dish. :) Free parking space. Good price. Good view - motel is on the hill with the panorama of the Siauliai. :) Beautiful and good restaurant. :)
The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The room certaintly had a lot of charachter, however was clean and well looked after. The hotel has a lot of 'soviet' charm, however good location to train station and for expoloring Hill of Crosses. Views from top rooms are amazing!
I choose this apartment every time I go to Šiauliai. Perfect location, near the centre of the city. This is very stylish accommodation; everything is nice and clean. A king size bed and the white sheets, what could be better. I will definitely return.
The location is near the main road of Siauliai and it’s very beautiful inside.
There is a beautiful balcony for eating, reading and enjoying the good weather.
You can even see the cathedral from there!
