The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, I believe it recently had a remodel. The valet attendants were friendly and helpful and very quick to bring the car.
I appreciated the extra security of having to use your room key for the elevator.
My room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It was buffet style. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. There was a good selection of options.
I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the attentive friendly staff. We purchased breakfast from a close by restaurant. It was tasty. We were very disappointed that the Gallo Center Symphony was cancelled because of the rain.

I could save the money by driving to Sacramento an easy ride, but I was after a Christmas party, I wanted some piece of mind, and the hotel gives you a sense of vacation. The hotel is renovated. The staff is friendly; they changed my room to not be on the side of the freeway. They are nice, warm, and welcoming people.

Thank you for taking care of My Uncle William White and my aunt Madeline as they traveled to attend a funeral on September 2, 2022. Your employees and establishment were highly spoken of and when I visit the area I will also stay at your establishment.

Came to Modesto for almond tree blossoms.
Came to Modesto for almond tree blossoms. Rural roads were congested and speeds were extreme particularly in the orchard areas. Downtown Modesto had little ambience; saw no examples of morning or lunch establishments.

The location was great.
The location was great. Restaurants were within walking distance. What was disappointing was the bathroom was not clean. You can smell the urine. It appeared clean, but the aroma of urine was disgusting.
The breakfast was better than expected given the remarkable lousiness of the whole facility. And I really liked all the stray cats running around- it was kind of comforting looking out my window and seeing them drinking from the pool and eating garbage like a cute little pride of lions. Honestly, the stray cats might have been the best part of the stay.
Everyone working there was very pleasant- I have only good things to say about the employees. It’s not their fault the hotel is a shameful wreck.
We stayed here for State Cup Soccer tournament. Parking was easy and it was very close to great restaurants (Fuzio and Commonwealth was delicious!) We also noticed extra security patrolling the hotel. There are some homeless near the train station a couple blocks away and they had people near the door making sure guests were safe. Good hotel for pets too. Lots of grass around the hotel.
The room was comfortable as was the bed, and it was easy to find off the 99 freeway. It was also very quiet, as the hotel was less than half full even though it was a Friday night.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast before we headed out the next day.
it had no privacy lock on the door and approximately4:00 a.m. Someone somebody busted through my door and into my roomI will never stay there again it's not safe
