The staff and management are always nice. The breakfast buffet with fresh baked croissant is always welcoming.
The new Seafood restaurant was a smart move Francesco/Francesca!

In the light of day, the place looked fine, and I suppose it'll be nice for summer travelers given its proximity to the sea. The hotel manager was also much nicer to us the next day.

It was the perfect stay for my quick visit to Santa Marinella! In this cute little square with a grocery store and multiple restaurants/coffee shops. Close to the water and fun area to just wander around! Like a 5 minute walk to the train station!
A good location for a stress-free getaway in Santa Marinella, Villino Emanuele is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.

Very helpful owners - excellent communication before our arrival. Although the building is on a main road, it's not heavily used at night and we had no difficulty sleeping. Easy parking on the adjacent side street. Exceptionally generous breakfast on the lovely first-floor terrace. Pleasant location with the Lungomare (promenade) only 100m down the side street. Hosts recommended 3 local restaurants, all within 10 minutes walk. It was a Monday evening and only one of them (Il Trabucco) was open - but it was very good indeed, an excellent recommendation. Room had quiet effective aircon. Really nice towels, bedding and toiletries provided.

Tutto comodo e carino. Ho apprezzato molto il minifrigo.

Santa Marinella is a very quiet town, with very few food options at the time I visited, second week of April. I feel that the beach and bay area could be renovated to be more welcoming. The best restaurant to eat was Punicum, their food was 10/10. It wasn't well advertised, I stumbled upon it whilst out walking one day.

The ocean is steps away. We were there off season so many things were closed. Come a little later in April.
Restaurants around our BB opened after 7 , se we ventured a little further and found options open prior to 7.

This was a pleasant place to spend a few days before taking a cruise from Civitiveccia which is just one rail stop away. Winter temperatures were excellent for walking around the resort and visiting adjacent towns by rail.
Although winter, the resort still has the main facilities available.

The hosts were wonderful.
The hosts were wonderful. The room was great for a night or two. Located close to beach. The small fridge was appreciated. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the road... more of a large soaking pool with attached jet tub. Lots of outdoor seating and lovely second floor terrace. The breakfast was exceptional.

We decided to stay here for one night before flying out of Rome the next day. The location was perfect, 30 minutes from the airport, walking distance to the town and restaurants (10 min), and allowed us to get in one last swim. We arrived early and the staff were really helpful, stored our bags, and got us chairs on the beach to enjoy the water (thank you!). The hotel is not fancy but it is nice, very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was really tasty.
great location, surrounded by really good restuarants. close to train station and supermarket next door.
host is fantastic and nothing was to much trouble.
tip for the beach: go by train to Santa severa it will take 8minutes on the train then a 20 minute walk to a great free beach where you can take you own chairs/umbrella for free or hire a lounge and umbrella for 9€
cafes and bars everywhere.
lounges/umbrella will cost 40€ in Santa marinella and the beach is poor.
After having some travel struggles, we found Hotel Le Najadi, and we found paradise!! This is what an Italian vacation is! Beautiful room! Comfortable bed and pillows! Private bathroom. The restaurant is amazing! This hotel has a private beach, and a beautiful seating area on the water! There is also free parking!! And it is just off the main street, close to the action but not in the middle of it all! Absolutely beautiful! Total and complete perfection!!
Baia di Luna exceeded our expectations and our only regret was that we did not stay more.
We found the apartment to be spacious and having everything we needed. Everything was clean and the bed and sofa were really comfortable.
It was an amazing experience and we would definitely like to return.
One major plus is that the beach is right across the street, a beach with clean sand and water.
The staff was super helpful and welcoming at all times, I've rarely experienced such level of friendliness and service at any other hotel stays. I would definitely recommend the hotel just on the basis of the nice staff. In addition it was neat and clean, and I loved having breakfast overlooking the beach and the sea. Loved the breakfast buffet as well.
Very nice property overlooking the sea short walk to the beach my room was excellent private bathroom and a large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sea very nice!
modern and well kept, excellent breakfast the restaurant looked good perfect for a family holiday or even solo Roberto is a fantastic host very welcoming genuine and helpful
We stayed a week in this beautiful appartment and had a fantastic time. Everything is exactly as described. From the roof terrace we enjoyed the fantastic view of the beach and the sea. Shops, cafes and restaurants are in walking distance, but the street itself is really quiet. The beach is close, and the water is very clear.
The hotel was charming, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Cesare and Simone were incredibly helpful when a some issues came up and only added to a very pleasant, if too short, stay. It was my first night on my first trip to Italy, and I can’t wait to return to this idyllic hotel.
We really enjoyed staying at Stella del Mare. It’s perfect for your days in Santa Marinella. The rooms are new and very clean. It is right on the main street and there is a big parking lot available. Next to the hotel you can also find a small rocky beach, very relaxing and peaceful.
Lovely villa with lots of personal touches. Location is great with the beach and nice restaurants around the corner. Very relaxed and nice vibe. The owner was extremely nice and helpful and made our short stay memorable. And the breakfast is great!
Very nice & comfy hotel in a good location in Saint Marinella. Literally next door to several restaurants and cafes. The staff was very accommodating. We ate breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea. We recommend this Hotel.
the hosts and views were excellent. lovely sunsets from the roof top terrace. there was a very spacious living area. great stove top and oven. the beach and some good restaurants were very close by
Across street from beach. A true beachfront. Chantel was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very close to train station. Great place to relax before going to Rome.
