Rooms were not cleaned during entire stay. They didn't have soap in bathrooms " they ran out " . My daughter's and son in law's room airconditioner was broken which they couldn't fix, windows were fixed in place and they couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was booked. My brothers room had no refrigerator, my closet door was broken, and we were spread out between 2 floors no one was near anyone in the groupAlford
