This accommodation ticks every box. It was so far ahead of other accommodation we have stayed at during our South Island stay, with similar rates. It had everything and more we needed. Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer topped it off! Lovely linen and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend Tides Bar and Restaurant across the road too for a lovely meal.

I can recommend Pomeroy's Cafe.on the opposite side of the Square for their delicious matcha laites. Nelson's many art gallerys are enough to satisfy the most avid art lover with the delightful, meandering walk out through Queens Gardens to Nelson's Suter Art Gallery and cafe, always a highlight.

Nelson is a lovely town, with beautiful hanging baskets and old, unique architecture, close to Tahunanui beach, which is lovely. The Saturday market is great and wandering around Nelson town is fun, there are some good small specialty shops. I enjoyed the museum and the Suter Art Gallery and Queens Gardens. It is also a great base to visit both the Marlborough and the Tasman regions.

The Art and Crafts I saw were excellent.
The Art and Crafts I saw were excellent. The Suter Gallery was a highlight, and I enjoyed the Cathedral. I really enjoyed the walk up to "the centre of N.Z" and the views from there. I had some very good food and liked looking at the architecture - e.g the villas and transitional villas in The Brook. Founders Park and Miyazu Japanese Garden were great. Also, having a craft beer at "The Free House", a church that has been converted into a drinking place( and painted with fun colours) was wonderful.

Friendliness and facilities were so nice.We had a lovely balcony with table and chairs.Near the beach. The lady I Ispoke to on the phone requesting a bath also came to greet us and she remembered me from our phone call and said enjoy your bath you deserve it. She must have remembered when I spoke to her previously we were going to be tired as we had come from a month of entertaining friends and family. This got us off to a great start. Then we were so happy to see how lovely our unit was.A Wonderful stay
I loved this hotel. It was spotlessly clean, in a great location, the staff were welcoming. I really do recommend if you’re looking for a good value stop for a few days in Nelson. There are plenty of eateries, and the beach, nearby, and the bus stop into Nelson is literally outside (and costs just $3 each!).
private single room with bath: a bargain in the centre of Nelson, that has an historic roadhouse flavor with the family friendly pub/ and cafe below. By 10pm the rooms was quiet as. The backpacker section with bunks, courtyard and kitchen were well managed, clean and nice friendly travellers.
Fabulous location being in easy reach of Nelson's attractions. The size of the apartment was terrific, bathrooms nice and clean and a modern kitchen. The bonus of having an in-suite washer/drier was priceless! Good security for parking your car. A large terrace.

Hi there, the house was very comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the location was good to anywhere around the Nelson area and the road was quiet and the house quite secluded.

Compact studio in family garden. Spotless and thoughtfully furnished. Walking distance of all Nelson’s attractions.
