Property info

Located in a historic building, our facility has the discreet charm of the past. You can admire the architectural feature of the building, right at the front desk, the characteristic four arches that are joined at the central column of 1 meter x 1 meter, which support the entire 6-storey building! In the breakfast room, converted from the previous owner's reception hall, you can admire a wainscoting loft totally handmade by an artist of the wood. The balcony itself will pay you of the climb for five floors, where you can enjoy a glass of Chianti in the summer evenings, in a cool sunset over Siena.

Our property is located in the historic center of Siena, one of the most beautiful medieval cities in the world. We are located right at the intersection of three terzieri in which the city is divided, so the guests staying at I Terzi, will have ease of movement, everything is so close! Museums, churches, panoramas and romantic streets will be within your reach! The view from our rooms is a feast for the eyes, yes we are on the 5th floor, but up here the view is breathtaking!
