    Front clerk not nice.

Front clerk not nice. Requested non smoking room, but smelled if cigarettes. Very noisy both from guest and train close by. Advertised breakfast (eggs, sausage, toast, cereal etc.) but when we went to eat all that was available (thus was at 7:45am) one hard boiled egg, 3 little cheerios packs, and a trace of waffle batter. No scrambled eggs, juice machine was turned around and not available, no fruit…if you are going to advertise breakfast, you need to provide it. I would tell others to look at other hotels that are in the area before this one.

We were here for one night on our way home from a vacation to Yellowstone & the Grand Tetons. Great place to stop. The room was large, the bed comfortable, & the breakfast had several options. It was the perfect place to stay for our last night on the road.

We loved the Cowgirl museum (free!), Botanical gardens (free!), and Governor’s mansion (free!). Walking around downtown was nice and we had a delicious lunch from the truck, “Noam’s table” which is parked at the Depot ( felafel and other delicious and filling fare). Everyone at the museums was very helpful and friendly.

Cheyenne was great, a wonderful place to visit.

Cheyenne was great, a wonderful place to visit. We took the scenic ride to the Medicine Bow national forest. What's not to like about any place in Wyoming. We got pizza from Hambones Pizza which was very good. Also, several selections from Panera were super. Frontier Mall was full of good stores.

This hotel is old and it has not been updated in years, and I loved every little detail. The staff were so helpful and the location is perfect in downtown. The room was clean , the hot water in the shower great and the airconditioner worked well. If you are looking for modern , and chic this is not the place for you. If you like old elevators ,penny tile in the bathrooms , lots of character/stories then please stay here. I just love these old hotels let's keep them open!!!!!

We went through "Booking" and loved the experience. Loved the lobby with the pool tables, bar, restaurant & look. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and I loved the room and internet speed. My husband enjoyed the price of the room. Ha, ha. The best was the hotel clerk. I did not get her name but she was a very busy, busy, busy lady but still had a smile and took the extra mile to help everyone. SHE deserves a raise, a stay at the hotel with a good stiff drink.

The hotel has a great front desk area. Upon coming to our room, I pulled the blankets back as I always do. There was a dead bug on the sheets. I called down to have a worker bring clean sheets up. She commented they were too busy. So I went down to get them. I tried to put the sheets on, they were the wrong size. I called back down and someone brought clean sheets in the correct size. Our AC is only blew like a fan, it isn’t cool at all.

The price We needed a socket to plug in a CPAP, we had to move the queen size bed To find a socket. The manager did offer to refund our money or we could move To another room. After driving 12 hours with the last three hours pouring rain And dense fog and after unpacking moving to another room in the pouring rain Was not appealing! The bathroom was adequate plus had hot water.

The rooms were clean and lovely. But the common areas were dingy and dirty. Someone’s pet had urinated in the elevator. And we had a neighbor too what made the entire floor smell like pot. Finding the entrance from the road to the hotel was difficult in the dark as it was not lit. The parking lot and parking in general was a bit of a mess.staff was wonderful kind and helpful

Bed was comfy. Staff excellent. Neighborhood sketchy. Shady people around upon my check in, not sure if they were guests but I think not. I worried about my car being broke into. I worried about my safety. The outside of hotel looked really run down so I was pleasantly surprised to see the newly renovated room. Cute bathroom. Tiny but cute

It was close to my daughter. Only hotel on east side of cheyenne. Nice location, right off of I-80. Very clean, with excellent breakfast. Nice comfortable beds. It was very quite, even with a bunch of High schoolers staying there. Front desk ladys very nice and polite. A little pricey, but I would stay again and try the pool.
