The location is great, just a couple of minutes from the main tourist street, but not on this very street, which is an advantage, cause it would be quite loud there. Also the price was good for such nice location.

Very nice city in Poland. Probably not enough popular, but very "democratic" -- you can find whatever you like there ! It's rich of history and nice for walking, visiting different places, and enjoy large variety of local food !

Lodz is not a very touristic city, it is not one of the most beautiful cities of Poland, as it is very industrial and new, but for a short weekend is ok. Night life is very nice and I recommend checking Manufaktura, the bars and the clubs. Is also a place with an important part of Polish history, if you are interested in 20th European century history, I recommend going to the Radegast station, as is a part of Polish history that is sometimes forgotten in this city.

Lodz Museum, Manufactura Shopping complex and Piotrkowska...
Lodz Museum, Manufactura Shopping complex and Piotrkowska Street were highlights. On 6th January they celebrate a procession of the Three Kings but dress warmly for snow conditions and wear appropriate footwear as the roads and paths are icy and slippery.
Lavender restaurant near the Manufactura precinct provided great meals.
Most cafes provide excellent coffee, tea and cakes.
Travel by trams is very handy and taxis are quite inexpensive and very reliable.
Accommodation close to the central part of Lodz is recommended. We stayed about 2 km from the central part of Lodz and found it too far to walk. It is a good thing that Taxis are inexpensive and reliable. A visit to a restaurant for Pierogi is a must.

It is not the nicest city of Poland.
It is not the nicest city of Poland. Unless business takes you here, you should visit Krakow and Warsaw first.
Lodz still shows its socialist factory worker like face, although certain areas are nicely renovated. The manufacture shopping area is an excellent example of how they can turn the old look around.
If you're a film buff, this is the place to stay in Lodz (the film capital of Poland). Each room is decorated in the style of a Polish or Hollywood classic, film posters line the staircases, there's a screening room for hotel guests and you can even grab some popcorn at the reception. The whole concept of a cinema residence is really nicely executed. Plus it is located right on Piotrkowska, the most exciting street in the city (or perhaps even whole Poland).
Apartments are in a very good part of the city, nearby center and not too far from the main roads at the same time.
Modern spatious room with many appliances. Very comfortable bed with large blankets. Great soundproofing from outside when the windows are closed.
A great variety of meals for breakfast, delicious and available from 7am.
Hotel has a safe inner yard for parking.
My wife is from Lodz and we were married in Lodz. We stayed here for our seventh anniversary. The view from the pool is arguably the best in the city. The location of the hotel at Manufaktura is incredible and one would be hard pressed to find a more unique location is other cities of similar size around the world.
Very spacious and quiet hotel : large room, large corridors, large breakfast room, which breaks from the busy-ness of the surrounding town.
Beautiful design that refers to the town's textile history. Quite elaborated breakfast choices.
Parking at the back of the hotel (camera surveillance) and pet friendly.
Hotel was in peaceful place, easily reached by car and had big parking place just in the entrance. Room was spacious and clean. Big bathroom with good shower and bathtub. Effective airconditioning. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Alltogether good value for the money and perfect place to rest on road trip.
Great selection at breakfast, very good location next to Piotrkowska and shopping centre. spacious room with lots of storage, easy to navigate technology. We like that water was given, kettle was there with tea and coffee, hotel provided shoe polish, bath robes, slippers etc.
The apartment was super cosy and stylish and felt like a home instead of a hotel, which we loved! It's clear a lot of thought and care went into the space. It's super close to Piotrkowska Street so it's the perfect place for a stay in Lodz.
Wifi is good enough for work, breakfast is great, staff is friendly and speaks English.
The room was clean and had everything we needed.
We liked that the hotel was a dog friendly, and neighborhood was pretty quiet for walks.
The hotel room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that you could have tea, coffee, hot chocolate 24 hours if you would like. There was parking at the hotel. They had a nice restaurant but we didn’t eat there.
Absolutely blown away by the architecture and interiors of this very stylish hotel. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast and found all the staff to be friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel brings Łódź’s cinema heritage to life, with Polish film memorabilia adorning the walls, including some exceptional movie posters. The room itself was designed with a real film lover‘s touch
The hotel was great! The parking was easy, the staff were lovely and the the breakfast was really good! Its centrally located and very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go!
Hotel was freshly renovated and I liked the style very much. Exceptional restaurant interior. Room was very spacious and bathroom super elegant and big. Very comfortable bed.
Great place for a stay in Łódź. Free parking comes with deluxe room, a 15 min walk to the main city street, clean and spacious hotel. You get tasty cookies upon arrival!
This was my best hotel stay ever. Everything was just perfect. Very clean and comfortable suite. Staff exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional.
