The apartment is modern, clean and bright, and well equipped. Its close to shops, restaurants and beach, its a great location. There is a Garage to park the car out of the sun. We stayed in 1-1 you even get sun on the balcony for most of the day, but its big enough to have a shaded area you can move out of the sun too. The pool is for all 8 apartments which mean it was never busy as 4 of the apartments are one bedroom so you're never going to get that many people there. The Staff were really friendly and helpful and even arranged for us to collect keys out of hours, as we were arriving late as we had driven from UK. We had a brilliant holiday and the apartment helped make it, and L'estartit is better than I remember.
