Everything was fine. Staff was friendly. Room was big but a bit noisy being on the street side of the hotel. Room was cleaned and sheets changed every day. Breakfast was all right.

The hotel, the lake, the waterlilies, the swans, the sand and the sea, where making our experience unique.
We had an excellent breakfast too. The food was very tasty and there were a lot of varieties to try on, with tables indoors and outdoors. We were enjoying the food and the view at the same time :)

Hotel was very ok, but Neptun was not so clean, amenities were poor, it is a pitty because with some minor investments in green spaces, clean services, parking around beach, beach clean up could, could have a very beautiful and attractive destination, as it was years ago.

Move towards the right side from the Steaguri Beach, further down right: fewer stones, more sand, and more suitable for kids and even for adults. Entering the water in many portions is hazardous because of the many stones - no warnings anywhere....we had to keep looking at small portions safe to get inside the water without hurting ourselves.

This time of the year (April) is mostly for walking, hiking, but this place is for sun and beach. So, it very much depends on what you are looking for. For us, quiet is the best, so we wanted a place where we could crash for some nights, have some quality times with the family, eat well and go sightseeing. Well, for that this place is great. We have visited the Danube Delta, Gura Portitei, Tulcea, Vadu, Corbu, Mamaia, Eforie and Costinesti. In general we traveled around 1700kms in one week. Neptun is closed as well as all the other seashore villages from Mamaia to Mangalia, so no is the good time to have long walks on the seashore and plenty of fresh air with no loud music and annoying persons around you.

Dirty resort.
Dirty resort. Neither the town hall administration, nor the hotels' administration, nor the tourists take care of the environment. It is full of garbage on the roads. The beaches also are not cleaned properly (cigarette butts everywhere in the sand).

I can't recommend Neptun as a holiday destination for young couples. The beach and town was very crowded, everything looked cheap and old. Last time I went there was 10 years ago and it seems to be the same.

Love the sea, the beach, the restaurants (wouldn't recommend most of them, but Neptun has its secret places, so to speak), the amusement park, the adventure park, and the fact that it's a cosy, family friendly place.
The apartment is great. Well sized, with a nice living area, open kitchenette and a separated sleeping area, with its own bathroom. Good for 3-4 persons: 2 adults and 1 or 2 kids.
The breakfast was good with a variaty of food: eggs, cheese, salami, butter, pastry, fruits, tea, coffee, juice etc
The swimming pool area is well equipped with sunbeds and a playground.
Everywhere in the public areas there is desinfection liquid and at the hotel entrance an automatic temperature check system.
We stayed here for work for 4 nights, the price was really really good, we are from hull so we don’t expect much so we wasn’t to bothered what we got, breakfast was standard. The guy working behind the bar and I’m guessing was daughter and wife where amazing giving us free chips one night while we had some very good cheap beer. All round decent hotel for the price! Could drinking area outside just have to go to shop for beers as it closes at 8:30
Hotel Doina in Neptun is also well known for the medical treatment and not only as accommodation. The hotel is situated near the railway stop and the bus station and in front of a small, quiet, commercial center named bazar. Neptun is full of greenery, the beach is not faraway and the two lakes, full of water lilies and swans, are just amazing.
The room was very clean and the breakfast was served by really nice staff. Also, the photos of the room express the reality. We complained of some inconvenience to the PR manager and she was polite and open to solve our problems in some ways (but it was the last day of the staying and much could not be done).
We came back twice in three weeks so this might say a lot.
- we could check in early which is a big big plus
- clean room and bedlinen
- very nice personeel
- renovated hotel
- renovated pool area (very spacious and clean pool)
- nice terrace for breakfast
- large parking area
The staff was very nice, very young, it looked like they were going through their summer practice at the hotel. The food was really good, we ate only at the hotel(breakfast, lunch and dinner).
The room was clean, but it looked like nobody had stayed in it for a while.
It's the 3rd time we're visiting Q, and we've chosen the hotel for the fair price, clean rooms and location - in a quite zone, but relatively close to the promenade. The beach is at 15min walking distance. The breakfast was good, including fresh products.
Everything else, starting with the extraordinary staff. Firm beds, sparkling interior, good breakfast and decent housekeeping. Good location, nice beach, good places to eat, famiily oriented resort(Neptun it is)
Small and cosy hotel. The room was nice and clean, with new furniture. 👌🏻 The staff was young and very helpful. The room was on the back side and was shade all day long. It is worth the stay here.
I liked everything else, the room, the hotel, the reception, the staff, all were excellent and the lobby really looks great. What's more, the breakfast was delicios and had everything u needed
The hotel and the personelle were very nice. The room was clean and spacious.
The breakfast was very good 👍🏻 and also good coffee ☕
