Be careful of the location. We did not know Stockton, so we were unaware of the area, which we would describe as "sketchy". Room keys were not required to enter any of the doors, so anyone could just walk in.

There was pee on the seats, the fridge was missing, no blankets, and the heat nor air was working at all. When I called for my refund considering I waited two days for blankets and never received them. They were rude when I asked for a full refund and hung up on me I want them closed down completely and inspected.

I am sure there are amazing things to say about Stockton.
I am sure there are amazing things to say about Stockton. We were just passing through so we did not see anything beyond industrial parts, the traffic and the homeless encampment across the parking lot. I found it to be depressing but then again we were only there for the night.
One of the main guys from Death Grips (a cool band) is from Stockton!

I've been coming here since I was a kid and Stockton has always had so much potential that it just misses. It's a beautiful, central area with access to a lot of great stuff. But the town of Stockton itself is hurting and crime is rampant (the second night of our stay, our friends who were parked next to us in the hotel parking lot had their catalytic converter stolen). Shops/restaurants often show the promise of what could have been, but the luster is just turned down a notch or two.

This hotel is by far the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is always intoxicated and highly unprofessional. The rooms look nothing like the photos on the booking site. The entire experience is trash. I found a roach in my room and when asked to be provided a full refund, I was denied and advised to speak with the manager who of course was not available. Their pool was full of mold and looked like the water hasn’t been cleaned or changed in years. This experience was a waste of money, definitely felt like I was staying in a brothel.

I recommend staying at this establishment.
I recommend staying at this establishment. For the price of the room you can't go wrong. Don't expect too many frills but the rooms are clean even though the maintenance is poor and the night staff is wonderful.
Tv and internet were unavailable and obviously the hotel was under what they called renovations but there were no improvements and the night manager allowed people to loiter and rev up their car and point their headlights at the ground floor rooms. The manager was fraternizing with the assholes and this hotel needs to be taken back by the owners because the people running it are lame and don’t care
On holiday in Australia from New Zealand. Thought l was booking accommodation in Stockton NSW Australia through your .com website. An hour later, we did our very best to cancel our booking, but you failed to assist us. We have since contacted Stockton on Route 99 and they assured us there would be no charge. We hope you will do the same.
Thanks so much. John Boyce
It was fast & easy check-in, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic; better than most places, like the University Waterfront hotel offers a beautiful view and a stunning pool area, but that's about it they don't even have a breakfast bar! This is my choice hotel when I visit family in Stockton.
Mina at the front desk was the best. She was very polite, considerate, helpful, and accommodating to all my needs. They are also located outside of Stockton, CA which is a plus.
My king size room had everything I needed, a work desk, a comfortable chair, refrigerator, microwave, working lights, good free wifi
I was impressed with the professionalism and service of the staff. I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The water given at check in was a thoughtful. The condition, decor and eco friendly set up of the room was good quality and comfortable.
Nothing about this place is good. You would expect a ghetto hotel like this to be 20$ a night. But it was 100$. Go to Modesto and stay at Hilton for same price. The staff wasn’t mean or bad, they were just doing there job.
The room is clean and well equipped. It was expected to be good when you staying in a Marriott hotel. It’s convenient that the breakfast is included. And the morning front desk staff is friendly.
The breakfast was coffee and muffins. Website showed coffee makers in room but that wasn’t the case. Location was close to where I needed to be but I didn’t feel safe in parking lot.
The breakfast was great. I’m from the south. No grits, but the oatmeal was great. Location seemed safer than other hotels in that city, so happy to have something new and safe.
The receptionist was really nice. Her service skills was out of the hotel league. They took an all star employee from a 5 star hotel and hire her at the less than 1 star motel
