We never left the resort...and why would we! Everything we possibly could have wanted was right there. We had brought along cards and various board games, snacks and water to have in our room, Of course, the company (my children) was outstanding! This is a fantastic resort that has courteous and attentive employees. The grounds are immaculate, and the villas are extraordinary. My family had an absolutely amazing time. Staying in a spotless, impeccably decorated, large villa, with enough space to play games, cook, or watch a movie (all while another person took a nap) made for the perfect little vacation. We loved the water slides and lazy river. My highest recommendation goes to the Arizona Grand Resort and Water Park!

We were entertaining grandkids so looked for activities that they would enjoy. The Arizona Boardwalk was an excellent choice. There were a lot of activities if a little expensive. The Organ Stop in Mesa was a major hit with our kids. A bicycle ride along a desert trail yielded some spotted wildlife. The kids enjoyed seeing a roadrunner and a rattle snake especially. Traffic is horrible but I was expecting worse. The water park was also a big hit. It is connected to the Hilton resort.

Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful.
Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful. Lots to do in the museum district with its parks, exhibitions, and friendly people. It's better staying downtown. Definitely avoid the airport area as this is not safe. Grand Canyon is wonderful but a +4 hour drive.

Downtown has been under road construction for years.
Downtown has been under road construction for years. Parking and navigation are a nightmare. There is a homeless problem. I was approached by aggressive panhandlers continually. Uncared for mentally ill people wander this area in large numbers. Parking and hotel rates are now unaffordable. Surrounding areas such as Flagstaff and Anthem are much more comfortable and safe.

We went for a baseball tournament in Tucson, but flights were cheaper to Phoenix. Airport was really busy and a little confusing. The airtram destinations to get to the rental car place were not clearly marked to pick up the rental car, but returning rental car was very easy. We enjoyed some sightseeing at the Hole in the Rock park. Very nice with awesome views! Easy "hike" - about 5-10 minutes to the top with steps. Only 10 minutes from the airport. If in town only for a little bit, it was a quick and easy, but well worth it, sight-seeing trip.
If you need a place just to sleep and take a shower its a okay place to stay considering the price. As it says its a shared living which means that is a regular house in a suburb of Phoenix. The bedroom is quite small with two bunk beds, each bed is surrounded by curtains which gives you a little privacy. There is a bus station right across the street. 20 min away by car from downtown, 30 min ish by car to the parks. If u dont feel confortable sharing a house with 8+/- more people you dont know I dont recommend this place.
This is a budget friendly, centrally located hotel if you have a night or 2 in Phoenix. Initially, there was a discrepancy between the room we booked and what we were assigned- the manager on duty immediately gave us the room we had booked. The room was clean, had good air conditioning and good shower pressure. Grab and go breakfast includes coffee, oatmeal, muffins and granola bars- a perfect little quick snack.
Pro-tip: if your room is missing a hairdryer, borrow one from the front desk.
We visit AZ almost every year and usually stayed at Chandler or Tempe. Embassy Suites by Hilton Pheonix Scottsdale is by far the best we ever stayed in the Pheonix area. Had a top floor room with a fantastic golf course view. Breakfast was awesome with fresh pancakes, waffles and eggs made to your desire. It is a great place, the staff and guests in the hotel were just so friendly, nice and wonderful. We spent 6 memorable days in Embassy Suite and will be back again next year.
This is one of my favorite hotels in Phoenix! I have stayed here multiple time with my family. The breakfast is great, great pool and awesome ambience. They offer complimentary laundry usage on the first floor which is great! The rooms are very clean and exceeded my expectations and they have mini kitchens with silverware, plates etc. The staff is always very friendly as well. I truly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean relaxed stay.
Well lit, superb security. Never felt unsecure on the property once. Rooms were clean, microwave and fridge were a bonus. You would've never known you were in one of the worst area's of Phoenix! Tucked away, shuttle's to and from the airport. Handicapped bathroom was the best equipped I've seen yet. We go to Phoenix every 4-6 months. We live several hours away in Arizona. We'd stay again.
Once we got the room we booked we were delighted with our choice. The staff are really helpful, the breakfast is good and the pool/gym are small but fine. The location is excellent if you don't mind walking into downtown. The hotel does run a free downtown and airport shuttle on the half hours. There is free tea/coffee in the lobby and snacks to buy if you don't want shop.
Although I didn't get breakfast at this hotel, I did see how big the cafeteria was and they also have a great coffee machine for coffee near the entrance. The location was perfect because it was literally in downtown in Phoenix so it was easy to navigate through the bars, restaurants and attractions. Overall if I come back to Phoenix, this a hotel I would book again!
Thr grounds were beautiful well maintained. All 3 pools and spa's were warm and wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. We made breakfast every morning, diner some nights. Saved a ton on eating out. Bed was just right, good nights sleep. Highly recommend this type of vacationing over a hotel room. Lots of space to move around. Great place to stay.
Out of all the motel rooms I stayed at this past month this was bye far the nicest one I was impressed bye how clean it was and the staff was wonderful to work with they always had to to answer any questions we had all in all this hotel is must if u ever are in Phoenix Arizona thanks for letting me share my experience with you all Karen1935Smith@gmail.com
This was the culmination of a 3 day road trip so coming home to rest here was amazing! This home is wonderful. Every room has been tastefully and intelligently laid out. All facilities worked well. The kitchen is fabulous. The entertainment facilities were wonderful. I will definitely try to book this wonderful home for my next trip to Phoenix.
The location was great, able to walk to our event downtown. We did not do the breakfast. The hotel staff was nice and accommodated our need for a quiet room. It was waaaaayyyy overpriced. $400+ for 1 night is ridiculous. It was not worth that price. I would expect luxury for $400. It was fine and adequate.
The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. They even allowed me to stay in the common areas after my checkout since my flight was at night. The location is fair, I would say a $ 25-35 uber to Phoenix downtown. All the rooms had locks, so that felt safe.
We only spent one night and were very tired, so everything was good enough for us. Room vas clean, parking OK and looked safe. One of our group used pool and all three of us had breakfast. Breakfast was as in most of the hotels offer.
LOVED this hotel! Beautifully decorated, huge comfy room (loved the in-room speaker), pool area was so fun, the free popsicles were a fun treat. Would come back to Phoenix just to stay here.
The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Location off the I-10 made it convenient. Probably one of the most affordable hotels in that area of Phoenix and Glendale.
Great location for our early flight out of Phoenix. The shuttle was convenient. Our room was clean, pleasant and spacious for our family of 5. Comfy beds. Good breakfast.
Excellent location for downtown Phoenix. Eclectic vibe - 50s retro decor. Great bar with fire pits outside and good restaurant. Upgraded my room for free.
