La Pergola is a family house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with Rovinj city center and Monte Mulini beach in the walking distance. The nearest beach is located in 5 minutes walking distance. It consists of 2 Studio Apartments and a Room, all located on the 1st floor. The Studio Apartments consists of a bedroom with double bed and an additional single bed, a bathroom with shower, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, water kettle, kitchen utensils...) and a terrace in front of the entrance perfect to enjoy in a morning coffee or a meal in the shade. The Room is a double room with a private bathroom and terrace. It is also equipped with a mini fridge and microwave oven. Furnished with SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, parking, these studio apartments and rooms are an ideal place for couples or small families to spend the holidays. Everything you may need is at walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. With the town center at a 7 minute walk distance, plenty of beaches at reach in just a few minutes, some dining options, bars and shops in the neighbourhood, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured. A private parking place is available. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
