Location was amazing and so was the atmosphere - including the Cave Bar with great food. Rooms were great and well appointed, with wonderful view (we got an upgrade on arrival!), food was perfect during breakfast and also in the Cave Bar; we could sit outside in a “cave” with a portable heater. Staff was kind and accommodating. They just let you enjoy the place and no one is rushing you with breakfast although we came in at the last minute for breakfast service. Nice, hospitable and accommodating hotel. I would stay there again for sure if we come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel, and I must say, it was a perfect experience from start to finish. There were so many things I liked about my stay.
First and foremost, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like a valued guest. They were attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay.
The room itself was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had some of the best nights' sleep I've had in a long time.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Everywhere I went, it was spotless. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job in maintaining the rooms, common areas, and facilities.
One of the standout features of the hotel I stayed at in Petra was its incredible mountain view location. It was absolutely breathtaking to wake up every morning and see the majestic mountains right outside my window.
The mountain view location of this hotel in Petra was a major highlight of my stay. It added a touch of magic and natural beauty to the experience, making it even more memorable and unforgettable. If you are planning a visit to Petra, I highly recommend choosing a hotel with a mountain view for an extra special experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The location is great, just 5 minute walk to Petra archeological site. The price was reasonable. We had adequate towels without having to request them (which hasn't always been the case at other hotels!) and were given complimentary bottle of water at check-in.

The hotel is in very good location! It’s in the center of the town. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and grocery store. The staff are amazing, they are so accommodating and friendly. They will try to help you out with whatever you need. They offer free transfer to Petra. The transfer was only supposed to be from 4pm-6pm, but we ended up leaving petra at 7pm and they still picked us up. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. One of the nicest people I met.

Petra is AMAZING, there's absolutely nothing to complain about.
Wadi Musa itself is a mall place with a few restaurants. Please are amazing and very polite, as in the rest of the country.
The only issue a whole place has is the water - it does not flow well. Hence, the bathrooms need to be used with caution and use very low pressure as the higher one can make it wet for days.
A recommendation for a good restaurant would be Mr. Falafel in The Tourist Street. A huge hug for the owner - Rami!

Petra is a great place to visit as it is one of the wonders of the ancient world. The moment we come out of siq( canyon type rock cut way) and see the Treasury , it has a magical experience. The Petra visit combined with Wadi Rum are excellent combination in souther Jordan- certainly worth visiting.

Stayed two nights but three would have been better. We missed the evening hike due to other arrangements. Overall, great experience. We hired a driver to drop us off for the backdoor hike into Petra. Start early and it is really worth it.

2023 update if you wanna travel on your own from Amman (not with an agency), best thing is to stay 1 night in Petra and 1 night in Wadi Rum, travel with JETT buses:
- take the 7 am JETT bus from Amman to Wadi Rum, arrive by 10.30 am
- walk around Petra the whole day. Bonus points for staying until sunset.
- take the JETT bus the next day at 11.30 am to Wadi Rum. Spend the day and watch the sunset, stargaze
- chill and do activities around the camp. Take the JETT bus to Amman at 5.00 pm
---
If you can, spend 2 nights in Petra. You can take it easier and you can do more hikes and see gorgeous views
The location couldnt be better, just a couple of meters away from the entrance to Petra. The bathrooms are exceptionally and regularly clean. From the cabin you have at least a 180 degrees view to Wadi Musa. The receptionist is such a cool and friendly guy, who is ready to assist you and provide you with tips about what, where and how to visit Jordan. The atmosphere in the hotel is simply so laid back that if it wasnt for Petra itself, Id simply stay at the hotel and chill out with the other travellers and backpackers. Highly recommended!
The hotel is situated just steps away from the main entrance to Petra and in the vicinity of the tourist street, with restaurants and shops. The terrace offers good views over the town of Wadi Musa. The parking lot is ample. The staff are curteous and eager to help, without being pushy. The toiletries are mud based and plenty. The breakfast offers a variety of choices. There are three elevators. At the entrance there is a shoe cleaning station, extremely necessary after a trip to Petra.
Petra Corner was a convenient 15 min walk to Petra's Visitor Center. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and kind. I really appreciated their help with arranging a private driver to pick us up from the airport, take us to Wadi Rum, and then back to Aqaba. It was very convenient and the price was fair and competitive with other private driver companies. There are many restaurants within walking distance and places to buy water, snacks, etc for your experience to Petra.
I stayed in different hotels in many countries, but I did not feel comfortable anywhere like at this hotel. You will feel like you are at home. Mr. Ali is a wonderful person and a very good friend. I definitely recommend you to make your trip better by staying at this hotel. There is very good breakfast and very fast wifi internet.
The location is great. Hotel is at the center of wadi musa and 5 minutes to Petra by walk.
You can watch Petra and the city from the hotel's terrace.
The location was good only 400m to main entrance of Petra, the reception was very nice, the manager was very kind also, because we stay in petra moon hotel for the fourth times then the manager gave us the discount for the dinner. the staff in the restaurant was very helpful, he served us some tea, and we didn't took it because the tea with sugar, then he came again with tea without sugar even thought we didn't ask for it. overall we love this hotel
Otaiba was an excellent host. He gave us helpful information about visiting Petra.
+ The room was clean, modern and confortable, with a great view over Wadi Musa. It was awesome!
+ Great location near to Petra Visitor's centre entrance.
+ Nice breakfast to take away for a full day at Petra. The lunch box was more than enough for lunch. They adjusted the breakfast for us. We really appreciated it!.
It's highly recommend and bread value for money
Lovely small and quiet hotel just a 10-15 min walk from the entrance to Petra. Lots of shops and restaurants within a 2 minute walk of the hotel and the rooms were well equipped and comfortable. This was one of the cheaper hotels we booked during our stay in Jordan and the staff were so kind and helpful and there were lots of extras in the room we didn’t expect which made it even better especially after a long drive.
Excellent location at the heart of Wadi Musa. Free shuttle bus to Petra upon request anytime. Very clean room. Very comfortable bed. Friendly hotel owner and staff helping me with almost everything that I need such as buying SIM card, restaurant recommendations, bus booking to Wadi Rum. Delicious breakfast. Hotel owner Ali even gave me a surprise by driving me to the highest point in Wadi Musa to view sunset.
The location was exceptional. Three-minute walk from the main entrance. Breakfast was really good and the dining room was very clean. The bed was big and everything was clean. The timing for the hot water was framed, a bit uncomfortable although we do not know whether this is something that happens in all hotels in Wadi Musa.
Amazing hotel,a few hundred meters away from visitor center, all new, sparkling clean, modern, big rooms, high tech.Beautiful view, spacious rooms.Food was very good and the staff extremely welcoming and friendly. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in.And all for a very good price.Couldnt recommend enough!!
Charming hotel near Petra (12 minutes drive). The owners and staff were really accomodating and gave us tips on visiting Petra. They also arranged dinner for us. Bonus: the location of the hotel has a very local vibe (compared to the hotels closer to Petra). Would definitely recommend this place!
Location of hotel is very close to entrance of Petra. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Owners have several hotel in area and upgraded our stay to Petra Moon Hotel with view of Petra. They made the transition easy and added complimentary dinner and breakfast.
Customer service is a lot better than the 5 star hotels i’ve been in Jordan. People are smiling and that is priceless. Location is best as it is 2 mins walk to Petra entrance. Room is sparkling clean. Complimentary fruits and drinks made us felt welcome.
The location is captivating, combining history and culture with modern standards in a unique way.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and I loved the fact that the owners of the hotel are local families who lived in the same village.
Excellent view of Wadi Musa, comfortable and cosy room, good breakfast and dinner. I have a food allergy (celiac) and the staff was very careful to accommodate me. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
Comfortable, clean room with balcony, friendly staff, rich breakfast. The Hotel is located in the center of Wadi Musa, but I could have a free transfer to Petra. So everything was perfect
Amazing alternative to higher priced hotels in Petra. Great hospitality, yummy breakfast and gods facilities for a fraction of the price. Also ample parking on site
