A historic village on a high hillside over looking the surrounding areas. Easy access to pine forests and activities nearby as well as 15 minutes from Turin. Local Italian life away from tourism with plenty of shops and restaurants. I liked the semi rural location and its gentle and quiet pace of life. Restuarants in nearby Chieri are plentiful and there are delicatessen to pick up local produce. At time of visit there were local harvest of grapes and peaches which werr delicious.

Very nice accommodation. Friendly hostess. Very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. Its private garden is very convenient for doing nothing with a bottle of wine. The location in the green zone is excellent for a person who wants to take a break from the concrete of the city.

The lady at the check-in counter was wonderful. One night the restaurant was closed and we had to order a take-away from another restaurant she recommended, it's about 6 minutes drive from the hotel. When we got back, she opened the hotel restaurant for us to have our dinner and provided us with everything that we need. It was really nice and thoughtful of her. The room was clean and the bathroom was renovated not long ago. Breakfast was not served as an buffet because of COVID, so everything was ordered in advanced. Personal at the breakfastroom were nice and friendly. The location is only easy reachable by car, so make sure you have one. The hotel is next to a busy motorway.
