Very interesting shaped building. The lobby was okay but once we entered the elevator it was apparent the hotel was not kept up and extremely dirty.
The panel wall in the elevator literally was pulling away from the wall as we rode to the 5th floor. Once we arrived on our floor, we noticed a unpleasant smell. This was accompanied by lightning you would see in a horror movie. We continued to our room in hopes that would be better.
Once in the room, the smell continued. The walls and floor seemed to have a coating of dirt, that made a person feel uncomfortable and grungy. I checked the bed for any kind of bedbugs and was relieved to not find any.
My husband took a shower, he said the water pressure was not great and the only temperature was hot.
The bed wasn't too uncomfortable but the pillows were cheap and flat. We had to sleep with the covers off because the air conditioning would not keep the room below 73° even

I didn’t like front desk service at check in, the pillows on bed, separated seating arrangement for breakfast. Please have front desk locate the TV guide on remote. The room was clean and entire area in room.

We had a great stay here. Front desk was very helpful.
We had a great stay here. Front desk was very helpful. Our room was very nice and had everything we needed. Even had a dishwasher and dishes we could use. Plenty of room in the fridge for food for a longer stay. The breakfast was good, variety of yummy choice. Mainly yogurts, and breads, muffins, cereals but also had waffles for most of the time. The pool was also great with restrooms available outside. We loved our stay here

I loved the small fridge and microwave.
I loved the small fridge and microwave. The queen bed was also a pleasure to sleep in, it was very firm.
I wished the toilet was higher and the tv had alot more channels. The people upstairs were very loud and couldn't sleep, had to call the office.

Close to restaurants, and some department stores.
Close to restaurants, and some department stores. The motel's parking lot did not flood, but Vista road did. Towards the end of us leaving the people upstairs had kids or kid and was running inside the room. It was around midnight and we couldn't sleep with all the running, Sorry but I had to call the office to report it.

The drain pipe to the sink was not connected so water spewed onto the floor. The bed and pillows were so in comfortable that it would have been better on the floor.
The only good thing about my stay is the price however I would never recommend anyone to stay there.
We evacuated for Hurricane Ida. The staff was amazing at accommodating us and helping us to be comfortable while we waited to find out just what we would be going home to. Three moms and 10 kids- we were probably louder than most people would have liked but the staff never made us feel uncomfortable or like a burden. Hotel was close to many food places and shopping.
Angela did a fantastic job with booking us in after Booking.com screwed me around several hours with booking me in. My booking didn't show up on Quality Inn site because Booking.com was having problems. But thanks again to Angela at Quality Inn Pasadena Houston for getting me booked in at a great rate
I arrived on Thanksgiving day due to a horrible experience at another hotel and the luggage carts were not operational. The young lady quickly offered me the laundry cart to use to assist me with my luggage. This was especially important as I am disabled and walk with a cane.
I think the breakfast was ok it wasn't bad just not enough options and small amounts given at one time considering how many guest come down to eat. For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean.
We arrived very late after a mishap from another hotel booking. We were very pleased at the kindness of the staff and the room was very clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!
Room was clean and the hotel made an effort to provide hot breakfast. The food was either cold/frozen and guests usually microwaved the food, if hot options was desired.
The hotel is brand-new (or at least looked that way) and the room was big enough for a party of five. We spent just one night here but it was a really nice location.
The rooms here are always clean and the staff is one of the friendliest I've ever done business with. Anytime I'm working in pasadena I always stay here
