Immersed within its own lovely gardens of both domestic and tropical plants, this modern hotel sits on top of a hill, boasting superb views over Skopelos Bay below.
Good central location with great pool and bar area.
If you want a special experience go to Skopolos. We arrived by ferry from Skiathos which is only 1 hour and 14 euros each. Visually the town is special from the sea and is very friendly and full of nice bars and restauraunts but is also very chilled. Prices are sensible.

Very wide choice of restaurants and bars, but not all open when we visted at end of September when everything was begining to shut down. There is no real beach in the town so transport is requred, local buses are good but services reduce in September. Lots of steep slopes and steps so not ideal for less mobile. The town has very much the feel of a place that has been taken over by tourism. Plenty of trips to visit parts of the island and other islands.

Lovely island with a lovely port with many shops and restaurants. Extremely safe and it has a lovely vibe about it. We took a Mamma Mia tour which was inexpensive and a great way to see some of the main sites around the island and visit some lively beaches. It is very mountainous and the roads are not for those afraid of heights. Skopelos town is definitely the best place to stay

Picture-perfect Greek town, totally unspoilt, with some amazing bars and restaurants. Great for all ages and tastes, and the whole island is easy to get around on the local bus. Some stunning beaches to visit, a definite must-visit Island.
We chose Skopelos Summer Homes last year for our summer vacations and since we had a wonderful time back then, we returned this year. The hotel is very conveniently located, too close to the port and the center.
The room was spacious, very clean and very quiet. The staff was very polite and eager to address any request. It is highly recommended for relaxing holidays to the greenest Greek island
Friendly family run hotel, lovely room with balcony, gorgeous pool with sun beds, fairly basic breakfast included, amazing value for money. We really felt at home. Short walk from the ferry and into town with lots of bars and restaurants. We hired a quad bike to visit lots of beautiful local beaches and the Mamma Mia locations. We had an amazing time on Skopelos and can’t wait to return.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! They offer a wide range of accommodations, including studios and apartments with fully-equipped kitchens. In our room, we had a fridge, TV, and complimentary WiFi access, making it incredibly convenient. What truly amazed me was the affordability of their prices. It felt like a luxury experience at a fraction of the cost.
The view was unparalleled- out over the Skopelos town and the sea. Day or night it was perfect! A little far for us to walk into town, but the 2 min drive was no trouble.
Very comfortable bed and furnishings, and the pool was delightful. Good AC even during the big heat wave.
Katerina was very attentive and helped us quickly when we needed assistance.
Great little hotel to explore Skopelos Town. 10 minutes walk into the main town. Nice breakfast every day with fresh homemade jams, cakes and bread. Our groundfloor room had its own outside space, just be aware of the mossies. The hotel has free onsite parking and the staff, Yannis in particular, were really helpful.
This was our second stay at Thea Hotel and we absolutely loved it again. Such a perfect location with great views over Skopelos harbour and within close walking distance to the town. Yiorgos is the perfect host and all the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back again and again.
Amazing view from the large balcony, loved the old fashioned Greek furniture. Clean towels everyday. Nice pool. Warm welcome on arrival. Location brilliant looking over Skopelos town and the sea. Easy flat walk to town. Clean spacious apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more.
This island is a miracle. The hotel is perfect, right on the beach, the view from the terrace is magical. The beach is really 50 meters away, the sea is super refreshing, everything is calm and beautiful, there are few people, it's relaxing. A perfect place to relax.
Great view. The hotel has its own pool and bar (great cocktails). Magda at the reception is lovely, very friendly and has a lot of tips to share. Easy parking place. A little bit out of the town (and that's good because it's calmer and easier to drive there).
Good location, just a few hundred metres from Skopelos town. The hotel was nice, good sized room, fairly good selection of food for breakfast. Staff all friendly. The pool area was good and great views from the pool looking over at the port and the town.
My room was spotless, providing all the comforts I could wish for. Breakfast was a tasty, with variety of delicious options to kickstart the my day. The hotel's restaurant served mouthwatering dishes that satisfied our cravings. Strongly recommended.
A traditional Greek hotel. No frills, but very clean and comfortable. The owner doesn’t speak very good English, but that’s not a criticism, as it’s Greece. She was very friendly and accommodating.
Nice room, hotel and staff. What's even better was the reasonable price for such a quality stay. The hotel's service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist with a friendly smile.
Hotel with superb room and amazing view, the on-site bar was a great place to unwind, and the option for in-room breakfast made my morning even more enjoyable.
