absolutely loved our stay here:
1. host friendly and helpful
2. clean
3. great breakfast
4. beautiful property
5. superb value
There are many hotels, there. If you are a history buff, or like UNSECO
sites, you would like it. There is not a lot of night life there. It is a
small city for relaxing and enjoying the beach. If you have small kids,
you might like the little trampoline park or you might like playing the
popular game of padle/pickle ball there. The train station is
small, but it can take you to many small interesting cities nearby
or big cities like Naples less than 2 hours away. Usually the temps
in July and August are in the low 90's, however we went when there
was a terrible heat wave! So, I can't report on the weather at this time.
We did ask people from there and former visitors; they said usually
the temp is very pleasant. We liked eating at our hotel or you can
walk into Ascea and there are restaurants facing the ocean. The
beach was very clean and pleasant to swim in. Chairs if you want
them for £20 a day. Local people are very pleasant. Easy to walk
around Ascea.

It is a great little town and a wonderful beach.
It is a great little town and a wonderful beach. Very affordable as I went at the end of the season. I did not require much from the staff but they were very accommodating when I did. The shuttle to the train station is great. They did not speak English and I did not speak Italian but all me needs were met regardless.
Lovely hotel.
Staff picked us up from the station and took us back even when we had an early train.
Breakfast was wonderful, good selection of meat/cheese/lots of pastry.
Very close to the beach and quiet in May when we went. Nice pool.
Room was light, clean, and was good to be even when raining outside.
Very reasonable partner reasturant down the road that was delicious to eat at.
We used the bikes which were helpful to get to the other end of ascea.
A real gem in this area! Beautiful hotel, everything decorated with a good taste, all staff extremly proffesional. Rooms are very comfortable, clean. Romantic outside area around the swimming pool, private beach just across the street. The breakfast and the light lunch are served with a big choise, to please everyone’s wishes. I can only recommend this hotel, and hopefully will come back again!
September was a quiet time to visit, but some restaurants were already closed for the season. Plenty of great food available including breakfast at hotel. Their bistro closed first week of September and their beach site was not operating, but they offered umbrellas and chaise if we wanted. You can walk to anything and there is a gas station across the street with play area for kiddos.
Awesome experience! The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. The outdoor pool was stunning and the pool bar it’s just what you need in a hot day to keep you fresh. Staff was lovely and really helpful in any occasion, many thanks to Laura and Pietro for their kindly help during my stay. Highly recommended! I’ll be back for sure. Best place to stay in Ascea definitely!
Staff was amazing, super helpful friendly and kind. Absolutely beautiful location, amazing view from the room. Nice pool and also a 5 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant down the street was one of our favourites of the trip. This was on of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!
We loved everything about this hotel, staff were so friendly and accommodating, in fact one of best Hotels we have stayed in, lovely restaurant, pool and proximity to private beach, out of this world, we will definitely return some day
Thank you so much 😊
It is fairly close to the archeological site Elea - Velia which is a wonderful place. And we feel the hotel is probably great for holidaymakers in the summer season.
